A few quick disclaimers:
- The bathroom and two of the bedrooms require walking up stairs. The stairwell does not have a safe gate for toddlers and young children.
- There is ordinarily a dog living in the house. Although we do our best to clean, this may impact guests with significant pet allergies.
- Visible security video cameras are at the front and rear entrances but do not record anything inside the house.
- Given the family-friend neighborhood, parties, marijuana, and loud music may result in cancellation without refund.
