This unit was satisfactory. We did have trouble with the balcony door not locking, as we have littles that we were worried about going out by themselves. I was sent a message after leaving the unit that there were “very damaged linens” from my stay. (Will attach photos of “damaged” linens) One was a wash cloth that we had cleaned the kids feet with from them walking barefoot in the room. The other was a towel that had green washing detergent on them from cleaning up spilled washing detergent. The last picture was a blood spot from the 6 yo scraping her knee and we had no idea it got on the sheet. (That one I can see that it would need replacement). They put in the directions to leave dirty linens in master bathroom but if we would have washed the towel and wash cloth, they would have came clean & those would have never been an issue. I recommend bringing your own towels & wash cloths when staying in this unit so you can avoid this issue. Especially if you have children. Hope this helps the next guest!

Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in maintaining our condos and providing clean, quality linens for every guest. Walking barefoot on the outdoor breezeways and then entering the condo can transfer black dirt and residue onto the floors, which can then get onto washcloths and towels. While we understand that accidents happen, linens that are stained or damaged beyond cleaning must be replaced, which is an ongoing and costly expense for our owners. As a property management company, we take the care of our owners’ property and furnishings very seriously. We ask all guests to help us maintain the condo by being mindful of linens and keeping them free from unnecessary stains and damage. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your stay.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Close to Walmart and restaurants, but not overcrowded. It had everything we needed.

Great location as far as being in the beach. The unit was amazing, the balcony was large and worked great for all six of us. The parking situation was horrible. The worst I have experienced in over 15’yearsnof staying at multiple locations on PCB, now Indonesia a suburban, but again there is little to no room to park and turn around.
