Designed for guests who want a slower coastal getaway centered around outdoor living, this bright and comfortable home features a huge waterfront deck, private dock access, and included kayaks just minutes from beaches, golf, restaurants, and shopping.

Whether you are enjoying coffee overlooking the canal, kayaking through calm waterways, grilling outside after the beach, or relaxing on the oversized deck while boats drift by, this home was designed for easy vacation days and laid-back waterfront living.

Perfect for couples, small families, snowbirds, remote workers, small-boat travelers, and guests bringing dogs, Dockside Serenity combines open gathering spaces with a peaceful dockside atmosphere that keeps guests coming back to Palm Coast year after year.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

The oversized waterfront deck is the heart of the experience here. With multiple seating and dining areas overlooking the canal, guests have plenty of room to spread out, reconnect, and enjoy Palm Coast’s relaxed waterfront lifestyle.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• The boat dock is available during your stay. Please confirm your boat will fit prior to reserving.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

No Smoking Policy
★ Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors
★ A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. This covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Odor removal and air purification
  ★ Additional time and labor to restore the home’s fresh condition
★ Thank you for helping us maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests!

Trash & Recycling
★ Trash pickup: Monday & Thursday
★ Recycling pickup: Thursday only
★ Please place bins at the curb the night before pickup and return them after collection
