Beautifully decorated and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Brentwood/Sawtelle! We have been active on different platforms for 2 years and are happy to extend our listing to Vrbo users!!

Enjoy a cozy, thoughtfully decorated, clean and incredibly well located home. The most comfortable sofas with 70" TV and a luxurious and brand new mattress. You will not want to leave.

If you do, you will find it easy to get to any side of town. Want to stay local? There is plenty to do around walking distance. Whole foods is a 10 min walk, it is my The beach is easily accessed by car, bike, bird or even walking if you want to get your steps in, depending on traffic it is around 10ish minutes from Santa Monica beach by car, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. +-5ish minutes by car to UCLA, easy path to Beverly Hills and close to 405/10 freeways!

You will have access to Soulcycle bike✔️ (The bike can be used like any stationary bike and If you desire you can unlock access to the Soulcycle classes! ) Also available are free weights, 12, 15 and 30lbs.

Hi! My name is Mariana and I am an avid traveler. Since I spend most of my time Traveling I decided to open up my home to other travelers like me! All I want when I am traveling is a clean, cozy, well located place to stay and if it’s aesthetically pleasing, that can’t hurt! I love hiking and going to the beach, and my place is super close to both!

I love interacting with and helping people, so I’m always there for my guests helping them out with anything they need!

I LOVE FOOD!!! and I have an incredible list of places in Los Angeles to eat!!! As welll as places to go if you want to avoid tourist traps!!

I am originally from Brazil and o went to college here in LA. I’ve been here for 10 years and have served as your guide for friends and family many times!

I chose this neighborhood because it’s central to everywhere I need to be: beaches (Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu) town centers (westwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood) , close to the freeway so you can easy go anywhere (downtown, the valley, manhattan beach, Laguna beach, etc) it’s close to hikes and bike rides (Santa Monica mountains)

And it’s walking distance to cafes , restaurants, Whole Foods, shops etc.

Besides it’s location, the apartment itself is a find. There is so much space for a one bedroom apartment in there area. You will not find such a huge apartment within the same budget (and even higher). I am very proud of my decor skills and I decorated the apartment with lots of love! If you need any decor tips hit me up! And above all!!! THE BED is SO SO COMFY, it’s a luxury mattress, less than a year old, none of these short rental cheap mattress, and it’s fully protected with two zip up covers thay we change and clean between every guest!

Not only that we only accept guests for longer stays so that the apartment stays in great condition!!
