Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and near so many things. We love that it is so close to the beach and the beach was not packed and it felt like we had it to ourselves. This is our second time staying at this house and the second time was just as good as the first. The owners are so nice and answer our questions or concerns in a timely matter. If you are ever staying at Cocoa Beach, this house is the place to stay.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, AND the beach! The use of beach chairs, etc from the garage was a big plus. House was clean, well-stocked, all good! Easy to access and good communication from the host.

This property is a must stay! It was very conveniently located, walking distance to all needed items. The home is well taken care of. The only issue with this property was when it rained the street flooded and you couldn't drive your car through but it did clear up within an hour. I will definitely use this again.Thanks so much!

This was a great house for our family while we were in town for a USSSA tournament. We wanted to be close to the beach, yet have a clean route to the Space Coast Complex for games- it was perfect!We will definitely book this house again next summer if our son plays one of the tournaments. Fantastic experience!

Perfect home away from home

Sharon’s property is exactly what we were looking for on our little getaway. The house was conveniently located near shops, beaches, the pier and restaurants. She also makes sure you have everything you need for a perfect day, including extra towels, blankets, beach towels, and everything you could need for a day at the beach. We even saw a launch! Would love to be back!

Nicely situated by the beach. Very spacious and comfortable house. Lots of amenities. Unfortunately one of the neighbors attached to building were very noisy several evenings in a row.

Great place close to the beach!

We had a fantastic experience. Property location is super convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach (beach essentials included - such as umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc!). Kids had a blast. Friendly host!

Overall, it is good, but I would like to see them clean out the garage if it is a rental unit. Also, the description says you can see the Coco Beach pier, and you can, but it is a long way off in the distance. House is nice, with large rooms. No problems with the house and it was well stocked. Neighborhood needs work.

Perfect for our needs

Well-stocked for beach fun, clean and plenty of seating in the living room area. The kids were impressed by the labeled light switches, there were plenty of blankets, towels and dishware. Perfect for our few days of fun after being in hectic Orlando.

A Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our quick pre-cruise stay at this property. It was in a great location, close to visit Kennedy Space Center. We even were lucky enough to witness a rocket launch at midnight on our second night! Even though we didn't stay long enough to shop for and prepare our own meals, I took a quick peek into the kitchen cabinets. I always appreciate a great collection of utensils, accessories, and small appliances! If I had planned to cook, I would have been all set! Even spices were plentiful - and you could seat a small army if needed in the dining area!The house was in good repair, CLEAN, secure, and comfortable for our party of 6. We noticed many extras that had been thoughtfully provided, such as games, puzzles, books, and even flashlights. Should we be in the area again, I'd look forward to staying here again!

Everything was close and I walking distance. We stayed two nights before we went on our cruise. Nice place and clean. It had everything we needed. Make sure to pick your own shampoo and soap.

Family Meet-Up Weekend

Everything is as described with this home. It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults and 3 teens. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets, cool a/c, hot water, and a nicely stocked kitchen and a large gas grill in the backyard. We cooked one large dinner using the grill and kitchen, along with daily quick breakfasts and prep for lunch at the beach, and had everything that we needed. We had an easy commute to the Kennedy Space Center, and a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Garage had a nice assortment of beach paraphernalia, but was also clean and open enough to park 2 cars inside. Quick ride to the very large Ron Jon Surf Shop and ice cream shops. Easy communication with the host at every step of the process. Would highly recommend this home, and would consider renting again for a friends or family beach gathering or Kennedy Space Center visit. Hoping to be back watch a launch from the beach!

We stayed a week at this location and it was perfect. A short walk to the beach, plenty of room for all 8 of us. Very clean. No issues with the property. Lots of family activities close by. Would definitely book again.

Two of our favorite places to vacation are on the beaches and Disney World. We purchased this home so we could enjoy both of these great vacation spots. It's the perfect location, 1/2 block to the beach and 45 minute drive to Disney World.

With so many things to do in the area, you will never be bored. Disney World is just 45 minutes away. Charter Fishing boats leave right from Cape Canaveral which is 1/2 mile away. Great restaurants that sit on the water that serve delicious food and live entertainment. The beach access is at the end of our street. The home is located on a very nice and quiet street.

The location of the house is perfect!! It is walking distance to food stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Cocoa Beach Pier, Mini-Golf, Wine and Spirit Stores, Rental Cars, Convenient Stores, Bait and Tackle Shops. The access to the beach is at the end of our street. I love waking up early to head to Disney World and ending the day relaxing at the beach. Quiet mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the sun rise. Grabbing my book and heading to the beach and watching the kids smiling as they head off to fish.
