Remodeled, spacious private apartment in Andersonville, the coolest neighborhood in the US, according to TimeOut magazine. Filled with local shops and neighborhood events.
The apartment sleeps 2 people: king bed in the master bedroom.
5 min walk to Clark Street shops, dining & bars, grocery stores, and Clark and Damen buses.
10 min walk to Peterson Metra train station (18 min ride to Downtown).
12-15 min walk to Bryn Mawr El (train) stop.
5 min drive to the Lakefront/Beach.
15 min drive to Downtown Chicago.

Features include open concept living space, modern kitchen, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer in unit, wine fridge, waterfall shower, flat screen TVs including streaming services, nest thermostat, electronic locks, and Ring cameras for comfort and security.
Pets and smoking are not allowed anywhere in the building.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-flat building and has its own entrance. Guests should use the front entrance only (rear exit in case of emergency). We have a digital key system which you receive prior to your arrival.

We were delighted with these accommodations! The unit is pristine, quiet, wonderfully appointed, and comfortable. The neighborhood is a glorious place to walk, public transport is plentiful, and street parking is easy to find. This is a lovely unit that we enjoyed immensely, and will certainly return to. Great Stay

Excellent location just one block east of Ashland, near plenty of great restaurants. The apartment was spacious, well-decorated, extremely clean and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again!

Our hosts were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had before, and during, our month long stay.The space was convenient, clean, and nicely appointed. Restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation are minutes away, and it is a fun and safe neighborhood to spend time in.

This property was a delight overall. Parking in this neighborhood is street parking, typical of the area. Comfortable, clean, and close to the area we wanted to be in. No issues. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We will stay here again in the future.

Perfect Apartment

Clean and quiet

Located in Andersonville in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped. Also note worthy was the comfort of the mattress and soft towels. A good nights rest on a comfy bed and spa like towels were so needed.

Nice apartment great location

Nice size unit with modern kitchen. Quiet street close to Clark Street and greater Andersonville. Melissa is great to work with. For anyone bringing a car, note that overnight parking in the immediate area is restricted. Parking east of Clark on Bryn Mawr, Edgewater, Hollywood is safe and a fairly easy walk.
