Unit 203 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountain Vacation Condo Rental that is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With top-of-the-line amenities and gorgeous views of Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg, you won’t want to leave! This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts two king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the rental was fantastic and we loved it! The views literally can’t be beat and were the best we’ve ever had at a rental and we’ve stayed in the Smokies many times. The only complaint would be the heat and AC. When we arrived it was set to 75 and we turned it down but it’s set on a comfort schedule so it would go back to 75 then doing our stay it got much colder and the heat was set to 57 which is uncomfortably cold. We turned the heat up but would wake up to it turned back down again. I would suggest turning off the schedule or setting it at more comfortable temperatures especially when guests are expected. Luckily we did somewhat know how to work it and it was unbearable so we didn’t reach out to management.

The Highlands exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property & management was very professional and informative. This was our first visit but not our last. Suggestion to others... don’t consider the sofa bed as a good alternative to a bedroom b/c when sun rises it is super bright with windows and no shades in living area.

The sweeping views of Mt LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are stunning! The amenities were amazing! We enjoyed the Pool and Hot tub on a fall evening overlooking Gatlinburg and GSMNP. Location is perfect! Away from the hustle...but quick access to Downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and GSMNP! Vickie at the front desk was super friendly and very informative. Was tough to leave and head back to the beach. We hope to return soon!
