- Please note that the side deck is currently closed due to building construction. For your safety, do not use the side door, access the deck, or step onto the scaffolding

Summer getaway

Was perfect for 5 nights pool was great and loved the grills on site for bbqing . Only thing is watch your young kids bear roam around like people they aren’t afraid of you . Otherwise worked perfect family of 5 and very close to Ober mountain which I highly recommend checking out !!

Beautiful property!

Lovely property! The drive up the mountain side was steep and curvy!!!! That’s the only complaint. Even with the drive I’d still recommend this property! Beautiful views!

Everything you need

This condo was everything we needed. Something simple, clean, comfortable, and affordable and it was just that. It fit 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it wasn’t very hot outsideh the pool was a good temperature. This property was close to everything but far enough that it was quiet. I would definitely recommend and come stay again.

Summer Vacation

This is a very nice condo on the 2nd floor. The 2 bedroom/2 bath was spacious enough for our family of five. It is located basically at the top of the mountain - the views looking down are incredible. There is a outdoor inground swimming pool and coin operated laundry room. Both are very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Very nice

The Condo was really nice. We had to walk up the stairs to get to our location there are no elevator and I have a disable Child so that was a little difficult i’m not sure if you can request a ground floor. Getting to the condo was a little scary very narrow and steep road so be careful driving if you can and do everything in the day time because the night driving might not be safe going to your location. But overall all we had a great time

Great Quiet Get-Away

This condo was quaint and comfortable. It had eveything we needed for the most part. A couple of things to keep in mind: The road to the property is very steep, winding, narrow, a has blind curves. It may not be comfortable for everyone. We moved our dinner reservations earlier to make the drive back to the condo during daylight hours. The cell service is really rough; prepare to be out of cell phone contact during your stay. Finally, no toiletry items (shampoo, lotion, hand soap, etc.) are provided, be sure to bring them with you. My friend and I had a great time and will definitely book again.

OK stay

Prepare yourself for the ride up to the Condo. As expected is very high in the mountains with lots of sharp curves, surrounded by beautiful scenery. You can actually see Ober mountain park from the parking lot. Nice small apartment perfect for a small family. I would’ve of rated it a 5 star ⭐️ except: neighbors were smoking marijuana and cigarettes unfortunately the smell came into our apartment. In the morning When we woke up it was near unbearable. Also the bathroom needed fresh shower curtains it gave an unpleasant smell. Hot water heater is big enough for 4 showers back to back, the rest prepare to take cold shower.

From the owners: "Hi Yenesis, we would like to thank you for staying in our condo and taking the time to leave a review. We are happy that you loved the view as much as we do. Our condo is in a non-smoking complex so our apologies that the neighbors were doing this. Had you reached out to us, we certainly would have contacted the HOA to take care of this issue. We will have our cleaners check the shower curtain and replace it if deemed necessary. Our water heater will allow 4-6 showers, so sometimes a guest will have to wait between showers for the water to heat back up to a warm temperature. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!"

Horrible experience

They never sent me the number to check in and I spent a whole day trying to communicate with them and until today I have not received an answer, at 8 pm I had to look for accommodation for me and my family and the process to get my money back is more exhausting.

Was not described properly.

Was missing some electric outlet plates had ants an was not listed being at the summit of mountain. Hot water lasted for 10 mins. Opened a case about lising said 24 hours havent heard anything. Representative of evolve said we could get refund for room except the night stayed which was fine since listed incorrectly. Gave run around an havent heard anything else.

Poor management

We can’t watch Tv in living room all the channels had lock passcode on em, remote in master bedroom wasn’t working properly, mode in guest bathroom. One night we didn’t have any hot water I reached out to management only response I go back was what condo number we was in and never came out to check it or ask was we okay smh then we had power outage the next day overrated all that we had a good stay

Clean, comfortable and all the amenities we expected

We enjoyed the unit, it was clean, comfortable and had the everything we expected to make meals in the kitchen. Laundry room is convenient and accessible in the community building (bring quarters or get quarters in the office Monday through Friday). The unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator, which is what we expected, but might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, we would rent this unit again.

Beautiful place. Must love bears.

The place was very clean and exactly like the pictures. I wasn't aware that there would be bears walking around like people. So I was caught off guard but as long as you keep your distance they do not bother you. We have a lot of beautiful pictures and videos. It was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Girl’s Trip

Wonderful experience. Condo was clean and had a wonderful views of the woods. We got to see bears everyday while we were sitting on the balcony. Only about a ten minute drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg.
