Experience the spacious comfort of a split-level 2BD/2BA condo (1156 sqft). The master suite boasts a king bed, while the guest room offers two twin beds convertible to a second king. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, smart TV, a workstation, a full kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, resort style pool & a delightful patio. At just 7.9 miles from the DFW Airport, you get easy access to HWY360, HWY30, HWY183, Six Flags, AT&T Stadium &play Grand Adventures. Review the 'OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE' section.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee of $200 applies. Optional recurring cleanings are available upon request: $120 (bi-weekly) or $100 (weekly).

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
