Experience chic living in this fully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath unit (1049 sqft) in Grand Prairie. With one King-size bed and two Twin beds that can convert into a second King bed, along with beautifully appointed bathrooms. room, a Queen bed, and two convertible twin beds. Enjoy amenities like: washer, dryer, pool, BBQ grill etc. At just 7.9 miles from DFW Airport, you get easy access to highways 30, 360, and 183. IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
