Great vacation home

The home was exceptionally clean with a heated pool. We spent Thanksgiving holiday here and had a great time with memories to last a lifetime. Kids swam in heated pool on chilly days while we hung out cooking and watching football. Location was great with just a few minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot to take the family!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My family and I felt right at home. The space was clean, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The kids had a blast in the pool, and the walk to the beach was super convenient. We’ll definitely be booking again no complaints at all!

Perfect

Great location with a pool. Very clean and we loved the lay out very family friendly. Pics are spot on and they have two trash cans outside for trash when you leave.

Family trip

We had a great time at the Pearl. It was a short few block walk to the beach, but we chose to easily drive to Seltzer park for our beach time. The pool was so much fun for the kids. The kitchen was small, but had enough. The outdoor backyard space was perfect for our family. It is in a neighborhood setting, but the back yard makes you feel like you’re at your own resort. The checkout was simple, not requiring us to start laundry or strip beds.

Great Location

Check in was very simple, upon arrival the home was very clean! Communication with the host was always a very prompt response.We noticed the pool level was very low & not skimming. I emailed the host, we had tried to find a hose but one was not available. The host sent a pool guy right over. He came by to check on a couple times during our stay to ensure it was working properly. The only complaint was the sofa was the most uncomfortable thing in the home. I loved that it was a sectional but it could be that we are all around 5'3 & 5'4. There were plenty of pillows though to put behind our backs. The bunk room was great for the kids & the mini split AC was more than adequate.The house had great space inside & out so we never felt crowded.Our little dogs even enjoyed the back yard & floating on a float in the pool. The pool was wonderful after being at the beach all day. I would like to recommend to the host, in the master bath there is an octogon window, outside that window the neighbor was a webcam pointed directly that way & there is a mirror in the bathroom. We placed a towel over that window. My husband is a veteran & felt the way the camera pointed was a bit sketchy because it appears to be pointed at the rental. I would like to say, We never encountered the neighbor & felt very safe in that neighborhood. It's also close to a public beach access & Hammerhead Freds. We would definitely stay here again & enjoyed our family time.
