Wake up in the heart of Millionaire's Row where your backyard is a pristine stretch of Miami Beach's sand and surf! Access to this paradise is only a few steps from your own front door. All you'll need to bring with you will be a beach towel and sun protection because an attendant is available to set you up with lounge chairs. An Olympic size pool is also available for your use.

Between your Condo and the beach is one of the most attractive spaces for running, cycling, walking or rollerskating in the US; Miami Beach´s, 10 Miles long, Beachwalk! And out the front door of our Building, you'll find Miami Beach's "FREE" Trolley providing city-wide service.

You'll find restaurants of all cuisines and for all budgets within minutes walking or driving. And if you prefer eating in, you can prepare a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Food markets can be reached by car or Trolley in minutes. Valet service is available to help with baggage and packages.

LIVING SPACE:
Our spacious condo offers 1,300 sq. Ft. (120 sq. Meters) of living space with a balcony where you'll catch a view of the beach as well as the City of Miami in the distance.

In the front door, you'll first find the Dining area with a solid wood table which can seat up to 8 persons comfortably. This is followed by a comfortable Living Room with flat screen TV which opens up to a balcony. To the right of the Dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. Again to the right of the Living area is the hallway which leads to 2bedroom/2bath.

You'll first find the guest bedroom with (2) Queen beds, flat screen TV and closet and directly across the hall the full guest bath. At the end of the hall is the door to the light and airy corner Master Suite with its own full bath en-suite, King size bed with comfort top mattress, flat screen TV and closet. Both bedrooms have Solar Shades to block out the Florida sun.
