This beach house is the ultimate getaway spot for those who want to experience the pristine shores of 30A. Conveniently located across the street from the beach, you'll have easy access to the sun, sand, and sea. The expansive backyard is equipped with a private pool, fire pit, corn hole game, outdoor kitchen and dining area, providing everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Perfect place for our girls trip! The location is great you can go left or right and are very close to different shops and restaurants. The house was very clean! Beach access is right across the road which was wonderful. We had no complaints!!

Need to be cleaned better and the chairs in the living room and downstairs bedroom need a deep cleaning. The sink upstairs drains very slow. The bathtub upstairs was stopped up with hair and hair ties from previous guest. The dishwasher stinks so bad I just washed all the dishes by hand that we used. When we went to use the scissors they had food all over them. For as much as you pay you would think they would clean it better. The walk to the beach and location was the best part but I like a clean house to stay in and this one wasn't cleaned the best.
