The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that these dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions and construction progress. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. Additionally, you may experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Access to the heated pool may also vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Located on the 11th floor, this 2-bedroom 2-bath condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and panoramic views of the Gulf.  Fully equipped unit with all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.  Enjoy your own private balcony, it is ideal for your morning coffee or sipping your favorite cocktail while watching the beautiful sunset!  You will enjoy all the amenities, including 2 beachfront pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, secure parking, and Bikini Bob's bar and grill.  (Bikini Bob's offers sandwiches, shrimp baskets, cold drinks, and more!!)  Everything you need to make a memorable vacation!



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 7 guests, including children and infant-Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection.  VRC# 62390

Great Place

We apologize for the noise from the nearby Tootsie building's construction. Occasionally, small wildlife may wander into beachfront properties. Our housekeeping team takes extra care to inspect units before each stay, and we’ll review our procedures to help prevent this in the future. Very nice

Everything was clean and nice. TV's worked good. Washing machine and dryer worked perfect. No complaints really. Upon arrival, there was a parking pass missing called immediately to property owner and it was resolved immediately. Great communication every time I called. Would stay again.
