BEADBOARD ACCENTS compliment the beach theme decor thru-out this condo. Well equipped with all you need for the weekend or the month! Super corner kitchen and dining area, roomy living space, and desk area all on entry level. Upstairs are quilted bedroom suites with bay balcony access. Sweet unit perfectly situated to watch a tennis match, kids in the pool, sunrises & sunsets! Features a B floor plan: Living room downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. Tile flooring downstairs and upstairs in the bedrooms. There is a 55 flat screen TV in the living room and a 40 flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a 32 flat screen TV in the guest bedroom. Updated furnishings throughout unit. Updated kitchen: Granite counters and custom cabinets. New stainless steel refrigerator. Glass tile backsplash. Dining: Table with 6 chairs. 1 barstool. Updated bathrooms: Granite counters and brushed nickel fixtures. Custom desk workstation in living area. Patio furniture: Table with 4 chairs. 2 lifeguard chairs with high table. Wireless internet
