Impressive!!

5 stars are not enough! This unit was beautiful. Our entire family of 9 were comfortably accommodated. The kitchen was well stocked with serving and cooking equipment. We would definitely stay with this host again. Beach was easily accessed and we could see the pool and the beach from our room. The location was close enough to all amenities.

Excellent location

Condo was a great place to stay, literally feet away from the beach, easy access. Pool was great for night swims.

3091 Shoreline Towers

We very much enjoyed our stay. Nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, gulf view and centrally located. Fairly priced. Management staff was excellent in responding and walking us through check in process. Would highly recommend.

Shoreline towers stay

Enjoyed our room. However, due to construction and only one elevator it got to be alot of waiting at elevator to go up and down with guests and the construction crew. Pool was great. Beaches were beautiful but disappointing because of so many people and not much beach.

Great Location!

The worst part was the construction but as long as we were gone during the day it wasn't bad at all. They were also very honest and forthcoming about construction and we appreciated that! It will look wonderful when everything is updated!

Loved out stay!

Loved this property! Everything was spacious for 9 human beings, could have easily slept at least 4-5 more. Plenty of room to eat at the table and sleep spots. Great parking and pool access, easy check out even if leaving super early! Could not recommend more! Only disadvantage was not being able to pick the tower, floor or balcony option when booking. But was happy with where we were placed! 10/10

Nice property but not exactly oceanfront

The condo was nicely maintained and well appointed. The only disappointment was that the unit is NOT right on the ocean. This should have been made clearer.

They all were clean and well maintained. We usually stay in tower 1, and miss it. Tower 3 has limited gulf view. This unit has great bones, but needs some upgrade. They use infant socks to cover legs of high top table and chairs. Throw rug runners were old and well worn. Kitchen was not well stocked, fry pans in bad shape. Window blinds were worn and old. Loved the sinks, faucets, and appliances, good bones. Had issues with light bulbs that office fixed quickly. Even though I listed a lot of items, we had a lovely week at Shoreline Towers.

Nice condo, but poorly maintained

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we were very excited about our stay here, it was not up to par. We stayed last year in tower 2 here at Shoreline Towers and it was amazing. When we found this condo we were very excited because it fit all of our guests coming with us. It did have very nice beds with plenty of room for everyone who came on the trip with us, it was nice to have a sectional and a large enough kitchen table for everyone to eat, unfortunately that’s about it. There was still the hole in the ceiling in the second bathroom that had not been fixed from the previous comment, the master bathroom had mold in the shower and the track to the door was bent so you could not open the door completely without the door falling off of the track. We had to slide in between the backside of the toilet and squeeze to get into the shower (and I’m a small person) it was very irritating and frustrating to try to do just to make sure the door didn’t fall off of the track. (Pictures attached). There was construction going on a few floors down and it was non-stop from 7am to sometimes as late as 1030-11 at night, I called the office because someone who lives above this condo complained on us for the noise when in fact it was the construction. The blinds in all guests room except the master did not work either as mentioned in previous review. The blinds in the living room were tied up due to being broken so they could not be closed. The dishwasher did not work either, we tried light and heavy cycles with powder and pods but never got our dishes clean. Also, there is no balcony at this condo and it was in the description of the booking which would have been nice to know prior to. The pictures are nice and the condo is nice but things definitely need to be maintained and maintence needs to be done. We will definitely not be staying in 3091 again if we come back to Shoreline Towers.

Overall a great stay

Overall we had a great trip and stay at shoreline towers. The unit was overall good and was what we needed for the week. There was plenty of room. It was close to the beach and parking was abundant. The only issues we had is the dishwasher was not working as well as the garbage disposal, neither of which was a huge deal. There were two dining room chairs that had loose legs which could have caused injury had they collapsed. I did contact the property manager and had a prompt response so hopefully the next guest with have these issues corrected. It was still a great vacation and would definitely return and stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental has great views yo multiple places in town however we didn’t get to enjoy all of them because some of the blinds didn’t work. We had the mind set of enjoying the beach and didn’t allow other things to get on the way of that. Couple of things to improve I guess. 1. Fix the blinds, there was no way to keep them up. 2. Cleaning, I look like no one cleaned the place, it’s hard to do between renters, short period of time. 3. Furniture, the sofas are dated and ripped in multiple spots, maybe time for an upgrade. 4. Communication, I was told at the front office to reach out to a phone number on the envelope with the keys for maintenance, we did on the issues that we found but during our stay no body ever came to fix them, once I turned the keys back I mention that and the lady at the desk told me that I had to call the front desk also, not a big deal but I was really trying to get away from the phone and the last thing in my mind was to make more phone calls. All of the above are minor issues compared to the awesome time we had at the beach.

The staff at Shoreline Towers was nice and helpful. The condo was large enough, but could definitely use some upgrading and a deep cleaning. The dishwasher needs replaced. It doesn't even begin to clean the dishes. I didn't enjoy washing dishes while on vacation. We ate breakfast and lunch in and dinner out all week. Also, the furniture in the living room needs cleaned, recovered or replaced. It was dirty. The bedrooms were nice and big. The condo overall as I've already said, needs a good deep cleaning, upgrading and painting. It's a great location. Close to all the best seafood restaurants and shopping! We would stay with Shoreline Towers again, but would hope for more cleanliness.

Unsatisfactory

Unfortunately the condo was very dirty. The shower drain was clogged with old hair. The dishwasher didn’t work and had a very bad odor. The dryer stopped working. The floors were full of sand and dust. There was no pantry. Our showers doors were broken the first day. We did not have water for hours one day which affected the whole day. None of the TVs worked and I spent an hour fixing them myself. This was very disappointing for our family.

A few issues

The kitchen sink faucet is plumbed backwards. The dishwasher is fair to poor operating. We handwashed the dishes once we discovered it wasn't cleaning. Maintenance staff were cordial and efficient. It wasn't pristine condition but ok for our stay.

Love the area!

Our condo was lacking in cleanliness. Dishwasher does not work well. I despise sand. But love the beach. A good broom or a vacuum would have been great! Overall a great trip. Will definitely do Destin again but with a balcony!!

Avoid If Possible

Where to start: Arrived on time and were told room wasn’t ready and that they would call when it was. They finally called but only to ask if we were going to show up. We left from across the street to get keys and they closed the office. Finally got keys from the guard entry and get to our room to find it wasn’t ever cleaned. We could find no one on staff after hours. There is no property management available after hours. Finally had to wait for a change in staff at the guard entry to help find a number for cleaning staff (not property management). We didn’t get in our room until almost midnight. The washing machine broke so we had no laundry for the week. Multiple lights were out. There was no balcony and the windows were stuck shut except one. The shower door was broken. We had no running water for a community shutdown from 9-1 one day. The facilities are run down and not worthwhile. The pictures are deceiving. This is not our first Destin trip. From an experienced traveler to the area, go elsewhere! Spent all night on the phone with VRBO trying to get a refund for the entire night we missed and worst service. Was promised a refund on Monday. Still nothing in sight and at this point, all I can do is ensure others don’t make the same mistake so I will be communicating to everyone about how awful it was. That’s easier than trying to talk to VRBO or the host.
