Impressive!!

5 stars are not enough! This unit was beautiful. Our entire family of 9 were comfortably accommodated. The kitchen was well stocked with serving and cooking equipment. We would definitely stay with this host again. Beach was easily accessed and we could see the pool and the beach from our room. The location was close enough to all amenities.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, gulf view and centrally located. Fairly priced. Management staff was excellent in responding and walking us through check in process. Would highly recommend.

Great Location!

The worst part was the construction but as long as we were gone during the day it wasn't bad at all. They were also very honest and forthcoming about construction and we appreciated that! It will look wonderful when everything is updated!

Shoreline towers stay

Enjoyed our room. However, due to construction and only one elevator it got to be alot of waiting at elevator to go up and down with guests and the construction crew. Pool was great. Beaches were beautiful but disappointing because of so many people and not much beach.

Loved out stay!

Loved this property! Everything was spacious for 9 human beings, could have easily slept at least 4-5 more. Plenty of room to eat at the table and sleep spots. Great parking and pool access, easy check out even if leaving super early! Could not recommend more! Only disadvantage was not being able to pick the tower, floor or balcony option when booking. But was happy with where we were placed! 10/10

The condo was nicely maintained and well appointed. The only disappointment was that the unit is NOT right on the ocean. This should have been made clearer.

Although not on the beach, we still had an ocean view and just a short walk to the beach (the beach access was only 5 parking spaces from the 3rd tower we were staying in)! The condo was beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable unlike any other condo or hotel.. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need and with up to dates appliances, dishes, silverware, cookware and accessories.

Have rented many condos over the years the amount of extras is truly impressive. Little things jump out like how much table ware and glasses are stocked. An impressive amount of appliances and cookware in the condo. Location, Location, Location in the heart of Destin minutes from grocery stores, entertainment, and shopping. Water lover’s dream, sugar white sand, emerald blue water, it was great. My family all commented best vacation in a long time. We will be back.

It looked like unit hadn’t been rented in a few weeks. Cob webs under the main table and in kitchen corners but that was all minor. Only issues we had were the extra uninvited guest in the dishwasher. We ran a load of dishes the first night and went to put them up after the washer ran and found a few roaches. Had to wait till Monday to contact office then it took till Wednesday to get an exterminator but it was ok we just washed dishes by hand. The pool was also amazing. I would recommend room just check for uninvited guest and do dishes by hand.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our initial reaction to the property was disappointment. There was a terrible odor that we could smell before we even entered the door. We contacted the staff, who told us the odor was from bombing for insects. They did make efforts to cover the odor, but unfortunately there was little improvement. We were not happy about breathing the chemicals, or the fact that our children were exposed. 2 of the 4 children have asthma. Also, a bathroom trash can was full. We had issues with the air conditioner as well. Those issues aside, the condo was pleasant looking. It was spacious and the view was beautiful. We felt that for what we paid for the condo, the issues we experienced were completely unacceptable.

The overall inside of condo was very dirty, ceiling fan blades had 1/2 thick dust on edge of blades. The condo needed a paint job to be done just not a touch up. One of the bedroom's blinds did not work. The master bath shower grout was missing and mold in grout and shower doors. The air-condition control panel batteries needed replacement. The refrigerator was cleaned but smelled like fish. After shower with sort of clean feet, we walked on main floors then looked at bottom of feet and they was black with dirt/grime. Had to walk with socks or shoes on only. I did not go on vacation to only to clean the condo when we got there. The outside property was nice and beach area was nice also. Good parking for vehicles and tow trailer. This property is closed to shopping and dinning areas a good location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we were very excited about our stay here, it was not up to par. We stayed last year in tower 2 here at Shoreline Towers and it was amazing. When we found this condo we were very excited because it fit all of our guests coming with us. It did have very nice beds with plenty of room for everyone who came on the trip with us, it was nice to have a sectional and a large enough kitchen table for everyone to eat, unfortunately that’s about it. There was still the hole in the ceiling in the second bathroom that had not been fixed from the previous comment, the master bathroom had mold in the shower and the track to the door was bent so you could not open the door completely without the door falling off of the track. We had to slide in between the backside of the toilet and squeeze to get into the shower (and I’m a small person) it was very irritating and frustrating to try to do just to make sure the door didn’t fall off of the track. (Pictures attached). There was construction going on a few floors down and it was non-stop from 7am to sometimes as late as 1030-11 at night, I called the office because someone who lives above this condo complained on us for the noise when in fact it was the construction. The blinds in all guests room except the master did not work either as mentioned in previous review. The blinds in the living room were tied up due to being broken so they could not be closed. The dishwasher did not work either, we tried light and heavy cycles with powder and pods but never got our dishes clean. Also, there is no balcony at this condo and it was in the description of the booking which would have been nice to know prior to. The pictures are nice and the condo is nice but things definitely need to be maintained and maintence needs to be done. We will definitely not be staying in 3091 again if we come back to Shoreline Towers.

They all were clean and well maintained. We usually stay in tower 1, and miss it. Tower 3 has limited gulf view. This unit has great bones, but needs some upgrade. They use infant socks to cover legs of high top table and chairs. Throw rug runners were old and well worn. Kitchen was not well stocked, fry pans in bad shape. Window blinds were worn and old. Loved the sinks, faucets, and appliances, good bones. Had issues with light bulbs that office fixed quickly. Even though I listed a lot of items, we had a lovely week at Shoreline Towers.

We loved the condo other than the sink in the kitchen did not have hot water and the doors to the shower in the king bedroom would not open and close good.

Overall a great stay

Overall we had a great trip and stay at shoreline towers. The unit was overall good and was what we needed for the week. There was plenty of room. It was close to the beach and parking was abundant. The only issues we had is the dishwasher was not working as well as the garbage disposal, neither of which was a huge deal. There were two dining room chairs that had loose legs which could have caused injury had they collapsed. I did contact the property manager and had a prompt response so hopefully the next guest with have these issues corrected. It was still a great vacation and would definitely return and stay here.
