Welcome to Dancing Wave! This beautiful condo is the perfect setting for a family beach getaway. With our prime Ocean Front Holiday Isle location, a beautiful community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and close proximity to all of the best shopping and dining that Destin has to offer, your whole family will find something they love! Bask in the sun on our sugar white beaches by day, and enjoy ziplining or shopping at the Harbor in the evenings. There is something to do for everyone!

*We completed a fabulous remodel in 2024 and completely refurnished this amazing condo

*Ongoing building exterior restoration construction is currently taking place at Inlet Reef Club.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

This is our second year staying at dancing wave. We love the balcony and sipping coffee in the morning with a view of the boats gathering for the day. We love the Well appointed kitchen and the convenience of the location. It’s a short walk to the pool or beach, and shopping is very handy too. We had trouble with the toilets this year and it took management a few days to get there, but it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise, another perfect, week in Destin! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

This rental was beautifully decorated. It had great access to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here and while we have stayed many places over the years my son said this is the place we should always book.

Perfect for Family w/kids!

We really enjoyed our stay- it was perfect for our family of 5- each kid had their own big bed and shared one bathroom and the parents had their own room and bathroom. The little kids loved that each of the bunk beds had their own TVs so they could watch what they wanted. The space is updated and clean- exactly what we were hoping for! Laundry is in the bunk bed room but that wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in if you want. Proximity to the pool and beach were so close we didn’t need a wagon to carry anything and could run up for lunch without it feeling like a chore- especially only having to climb one flight of stairs. We enjoyed pickleball, too! Definitely recommend renting chairs for the beach because the actual beach space is limited if you don’t. You can rent online ahead of time and that is probably what we should have done since they almost ran out of spots for us when we got there. We also appreciated that the complex had a place where you can air up rafts and floats for the beach and the pool house restrooms were really nice. Loved our stay!

Great location and property managers did great with communication.

This is the second time we have stayed in at Inlet Reef. We love the location, pool and beach. Beyond Blue was very helpful with communication, check in process and their helpful website. The condo was beautiful and kitchen was stocked nicely. Unfortunately, we had to pay for the chair service separately this time. We also were provided minimal toilet paper and trash bags so we had to run out a few times. The pool also closed during our stay for maintenance. Since it was a red flag day, it was pretty inconvenient. Not this condos fault or Beyond Blue but the communication from Inlet Reef and their home owners team was rude and borderline shady. The rooms did not fully accommodate 8 people. We had 7 and one had to sleep on the couch. Overall, great stay and the condo was beautiful.

Great Location/Condo

Great area of the beach with a very short walk. Rooms are very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. You will need to rent umbrellas on the beach though.

Misleading Photos, Underwhelming Experience

The location of this rental was genuinely its best feature — convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, the condition of the property didn’t match the photos or our expectations. The bathrooms were very outdated, and one had a chipped wooden toilet seat that felt unsanitary. The kids’ room had sheets with visible stains, which was concerning. Most frustrating were the floors — they were so dirty that our 8-month-old had black palms and picked up hair just from crawling. I could list more issues, but I mainly want future renters to have a clear picture. This property has potential, but it needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Loved this Place

Beautiful Condo, great location! Beds, pillows and sheets were top notch -- very, very comfortable even in the bunkbed room. The only problem that we experienced was with other condo owners in the building. We were confronted several times about where we sat on the beach & we were asked to move several times.

Absolutely perfect condo.

This condo absolutely did not disappoint. The renovations are beautiful. The owner has a keurig, air fryer as well as other appliances.

It is spacious (BR 3 is small but adequate), the kitchen is very well equipped, the balcony overlooks the pool and has a nice ocean view. In addition, it is a short walk to the beach. Parking is covered. Furniture is comfortable. We didn't want to leave! We highly recommend Dancing Wave for your vacation.

The owners of said condo kept it in pristine condition with the most luxurious accommodations. From the stainless steel appliances to the gorgeous cutlery and dishes, we were very impressed. The linens were lovely. The owners hadn’t quite finished renovating the bathrooms but once they finish they will be magnificent. Beyond Blue vacations disappointed me when it came to the informations they provided us. We never received parking passes for our two vehicles. The building manager wrote us a free parking pass for our stay even though it was her job to do so. Also the gate codes for the entire property that beyond blue gave us were incorrect. The building magnet was able to give me the codes on a sticky note to help make our stay more convenient. I reached out to beyond blue and they basically told me that those were the only codes they had so if they weren’t working it wasn’t their fault. All in all I loved to condo I just wished it was rented out by the owners themselves or a different rental company.

Great find for reasonable price

I typically stay at the Destin West Resort. However, the bed situation for 2 and 3 bedrooms doesn't work for adults. I was very pleased with the condo, location, and the beach wasn't crowded at all. Will definitely book here again.
