This house was perfect! We slept 7 adults both nights and every couple had a big bed and all the singles had a nice bed too! Plenty of room! Nice outside sitting private area! Parking was wonderful, one couple had car trouble driveway fits U-Haul and full trailer with 2 cars and plenty of extra room!!

Excellent communication. Our family of 6 fit comfortably. Some minor issues, but we would stay again. Our kids especially loved the game room. It was also nice to be close to venice and several beaches.

John was great to communicate with when needed. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! The location was great for what we needed! The fenced back yard was an asset for having kids around, there are plenty of beds and space for larger amounts of people (There were 7 in our party)! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Place is nice and quiet very nice surroundings

Place could get a little more clean on the outside but overall it was nice and we loved the set up of the house and how prompt the communication was with the host we will be back .

A great place to check in to see the local sights. A little bare minimum but clean.

Saw all of Dearborn Street including the Blues club. Beaches were great!

Family Beach Getaway

Overall a great location & close to beaches. House was nice & spacious. The upstairs game room with “futons” was not really futons but cushions on the floor. The yard was nice & spacious but not well maintained.

Not a lot of curb appeal, but a great place to stay if you’re looking for just the basics and a place to sleep after being out all day. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated. Plenty of towels. Host provided basic shampoo, conditioner, and soaps in every bathroom, which is a big plus for a quick trip. Conveniently located (15 minute drive to just about anything.)Decorating is minimal—bedrooms have only beds and side tables but no dressers. Kitchen is not equipped for a large amount of cooking. Water heater needs updating, as my family of five had to stagger showers just to have hot water for basic, quick showers. And this house definitely does NOT sleep eleven, unless several people’s sleep on floors. The upstairs “futons” were just pillows on the floor, but both the second and third bedrooms had twin trundle beds under the queens.“Game room” has a pool table/air hockey/ ping pong combo that my kids really appreciated. Other than a checkers/chess set and a game of monopoly, that’s all that was there.I would not recommend this for a long stay, a big group, or anyone looking to spend lots of time hanging out at home. But if you need a comfortable, basic place to stay while you are out all day, this could be a good fit for you.

Florida Trip

Overall the stay was good with no issues. Never did find the light switch for kitchen table. It was just a simple basic house. Fairly close to beaches but be advised no beach accessories other than medium sized towels. Be advised communication only through email for what ever reason he would not respond to phone. And yes you are forced to buy insurance for what I'm not sure nothing of value.
