Newly renovated and light filled riverfront townhouse in the heart of Old Town with breathtaking views of the Potomac River and 3 reserved parking spaces. The house is right across Founders Park and a block away from Oronoco Park. The water taxis to Georgetown, the DC Wharf and National Harbor and the charming restaurants and shops on King Street are a 5 minute walk away. Reagan National Airport is 10 minutes away and Downtown DC is 15 minutes away.

We had a fabulous stay! The interior was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The linens were top-notch, adding an extra touch of luxury. The location and parking were unbeatable—so convenient! Communication with the host was excellent and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and bright in a great location. Everyone has a wonderful weekend. There is construction going on across the street but that was not an issue as they did not seem to be doing much on the weekend. There was plenty of street parking, and three dedicated parking space.

Wonderful Trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in the perfect location with so many things to walk to and just a short ride into the heart of DC. Our family had great game nights on the back patio, and the amenities were top notch. Highly recommend!

Great for small group

We love to come and stay at this home away from home for our team meetings once a quarter. Beats a hotel any day! Location is perfect. Fits 5 people with their own rooms perfectly. Ginny is a very responsive host!

Great location, beautiful home!

My co-workers and I stayed there in lieu of a hotel and it was lovely, convenient and well-appointed. We all loved it and would love to stay again when we come back in April for our Spring meeting. Host was wonderful and responsive. We had a little glitch with the code getting in but it was resolved right away.

Grad school reunion

We were 4 guys who had gone to grad school together in the early 70’s. We gathered in Alexandria with our spouses. The house was perfect in the location, accommodation, appointments and amenities. The host was always available and responsive. We liked the place so much that we are considering doing it again next year.

Memory lane trip

We loved the time staying in our old neighborhood, which we left 5 years ago. Old Towne is such a special place and being in our same neighborhood in a wonderful house made it all the better.

Great property/responsive host

Property is as advertised. Lots of nice little touches w coffees, toiletries, etc. garage parking your second car a big bonus for families who meet up to get together. Great long holiday weekend for us.

I wish we could give 10 stars in lieu of 5. This property is beautifully decorated inside and out! We loved the surrounding historical area. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The dog park across the street is an extra bonus since we brought our dog. In summary, this is one of the very best properties in Old Towne Alexandria VA.
