This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home boasts an enclosed porch that fills the space with natural light and offers elevated views of Sebago Lake. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, the property provides stunning vistas of Pleasant Mountain and plenty of room to unwind.

Enjoy two sandy beach entries and a deck right at the water’s edge—ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or taking in the serene surroundings. Evenings are magical at the dockside fire pit, where you can toast marshmallows while watching the sunset over the lake. With access to 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a golf course, a restaurant, and an ice cream stand, Frye Island truly offers a complete lakeside paradise.


2026 Rates: $465/night PEAK season $429/night LOW season

- $210 cleaning fee
- 1 small, non-shedding dog allowed with $100.00 pet fee

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great week on Frye Island. The cottage is a classic "camp" older but comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate 6 adults. I'd say better for 4 adults and 2 children as one room has bunkbeds and there is only 1 bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach is private and spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family have been coming to FI for over 40 years and have stayed at this cottage several times, but this is the first time under new ownership. The renovations/upgrades to the house are a great improvement. The beds are new, the kitchen is well stocked with enough of everything and the day bed and A/C on the newly redone porch was fantastic during the 90+ weather we had. Finishing the ramp was also a great add. We would come back again in a second. The only drawback is the one bathroom but I am guessing the lot might not allow two. An outdoor shower would be a great addition!!
