Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn’t a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase … you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

Unit was clean but could use a little updating. Wonderful air conditioning unit!!! And very comfortable bed. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Only issue, bedroom on the road side, noise at bed time. But that's to be expected. Would stay again.

The location of the property is excellent. I would have considered renting this condo again in the future but I can’t get past how dirty and run down the place is, inside and out. The smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming. The paint is peeling on walls in every room. There was visible water damage to the stand in the bathroom as well as mildew build up in the shower. I’m not sure how the reviews about how clean it is came about, but that’s one of the reasons I picked it and I was extremely disappointed. Even being directly in the water, I paid too much. This place has the quality of a motel 6 at best. Will not stay again. If you want a good location though and you don’t care about cleanliness as much, this is a good place for that.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to Pier Park, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Even over the Fourth of July, the area wasn’t nearly as hectic as we expected.The view was amazing, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was having coffee on the balcony each morning overlooking the beach. We also had a perfect view of the fireworks off the pier without leaving the condo. Being in a low-rise building was a huge bonus. We never had to deal with crowded elevators, and the beach was much less crowded than other areas. We had no trouble finding a great spot every day.My only complaint about the condo itself is cosmetic. There was some peeling paint and a section of the ceiling that was already peeling when we arrived, and it eventually fell off during our stay. It didn’t affect our stay at all, but it could use a little maintenance.One note that has nothing to do with the condo: during the Fourth of July, several people were setting off personal fireworks very close to the dunes. We later heard there had been a dune fire elsewhere on the beach. It would be nice if the city had more security or enforcement during the holiday to help prevent unsafe situations.Overall, this was exactly the relaxing beach vacation we were looking for, and we’d happily book this condo again.

Just stayed here for 6 nights for Ironman Florida. It was perfectly located! Walking distance to everything. Right on the beach. The place was VERY clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing for the price!

Needs a little work but overall a good unit and great stay. Not a far walk from the room to the beach. Pool is across the road but still easy to access. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Just a simple walk to the beach, our balcony had such a beautiful view and the condo itself was just perfect for two. Will stay again.

Great place to stay but could use a bit of TLC(paint peeling). Smell from cleaning products was overwhelming but i guess it is a good thing(room was well cleaned). I would stay here again.

In all our times of renting a place to stay, this is our absolute worst experience. We are ok with renting from older places but there is quite a difference between old and unkept. Upon entering the unit it had a strong musty smell and we could tell it wasn’t clean. Examples: floor didn’t appear to have been swept or mopped, dining glass top table had crumbs and fingerprints all over, the refrigerator and freezer compartment had food still in it, the sliding glass doors had fingerprints all over them, bathroom garbage had not been taken out, long dark hair strands all in the bathroom floor and shower. While taking a shower, live water bugs started appearing in the floor! Nasty!!! We also found dead bugs against the wall edge in the bedroom. The bed only had sheets, pillows with pillowcases, no bed spread or comforter. We went and bought a blanket and pillows and pillow cases and covered the bed because we didn’t know for sure the sheets were clean and used our own blankets as cover. We managed to stay one night as we arrived late but did not stay for our second planned night because it was just unacceptable. The bedroom closet was dirty - paint peeling off walls and ceiling cracked. In the living room area, wall had cracked, peeling paint and cracked ceiling. The table outside on the deck area still had cigarette butts in the ash tray. Our money should be returned and until cleaned and updated properly should not be rented. Will stop here but could add more.

overall this place was nice. The location was amazing close to pier park which we loved! Right on the beach with amazing views!!! check in was a breeze! the only complaint we have is the condo had a weird smell upon arrival. overall I would defiantly stay again!

Perfect view and location

We’ve stayed at other condos in Polynesian Village several times. We love the view and how private the beach feels at that spot. I enjoyed having the convenience of a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The condo itself felt cluttered, outdated and not as clean as I would expect though.

Wonderful view

The home owner need to repaint because there are multiple places qithin the apartment that the paint was peeling. Also needs to clean the rug in the living room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again. Loved the view and the location was great as well. We just walked on the beach to Pier Park daily.

Nice location but not clean

The listing said "home on the beach", which give the impression that it was a house or single condo. Location was nice but the condo was not clean. I will not return.

Get what you pay for.

Wifi password was not accurate. Needed a minor repair, was told someone was onsite but was not. Pool is not on property, it is across the main street at another building. Floors were grimy. Paint is chipping on walls. Caulk falling out of shower. I will pay more next time but will have what's expected.

wifi is in the complex , the hoa has just changed companies during the time you booked. Also, Someone did go to your condo when you needed , i have a paid invoice from them for your clogged toilet that you happened to cause inside my condo ... puke...

Excellent location but not very clean

The location, view and price of this property we're great and that is the only reason I would consider staying again. Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness seemed to be very low. The floors were grimey and left your feet black if you walked barefoot The kitchen was pretty dirty as well, there was a dirty rag left in the kitchen sink. Also there were no washcloths or hand towels in the unit for some reason. I suppose you get what you pay for as this unit was priced very cheap compared to others in the area.

Girls trip

The condo was nice fire what it was, but the reason for the 3 star rating is this. There was a musty smell when we checked in, the cleaning crew did a poor job of cleaning. The rug was not vacuumed and there was sand in the floor. The sofa bed was completely worn out did not sleep good at all on it. So that needs to be replaced and the tvs would not connect to Wi-Fi and one of the remotes was broken on top of the tv in the living room did not touch it. But the location was great close to pier park and food and great beaches in front. Would consider staying again.

Good stay

The property was nice but was somewhat poorly kept. Peeling ceiling and paint. The were ample towels provided as well as some beach toys. Unfortunately there were no wash cloths. There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The tv worked well but there were a large number of lights that seemed to be blown or not work. Over all it was a pleasant stay but could certainly stand a little upkeep. All that to say this was the first condo i have EVER stayed in that the floors were IMMACULATELY clean. I mean absolutely perfection. No dirty feet there for sure! utensils. utensils. There werer.
