Upgraded 1BD/1BA ground-floor condo with a queen bed, bathed in natural light & offering scenic green views. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, a reserved carport, a patio, & a pool. Modern amenities & contemporary furniture make it a perfect haven for relaxation. Enjoy easy access to HWY 183, HWY 161, & DFW Airport. Check the "Other Things to Note" section for more details.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.
