🏡While staying at our home you have access to the entire house. It’s a 3/2 full bathroom home. 🛌 🛁

🛋️Living room is equipped with a sofa/ pull out bed for extra guests or sleeping arrangements.

🚗 Parking ample for two cars, residential neighborhood with tall and mature trees.

🌲 🏙️Easily accessible to downtown areas and major roadways within an easy 5 -10 minute drive. Walking is doable approx 45 mins, but area does have a lacking of sidewalks which will make walking more difficult and not recommended.

🔨👷‍♀️🚜 update as of 7/26/23- directly behind our home three lots are being cleared for development. You might hear construction 🦺 noise from the hours of 8 am to 6pm , Monday through Saturday! We do apologize but have no control of the homes 🏡 going up around us. We love to see our development grow.

🐔🐣Beware of our wild and adventurous visitors! From time to time, you may spot wild chickens and cats wandering onto our property. While we don't feed or disturb these animals, we want to give you a heads up about our feathered friends. Our resident roosters have a knack for early morning serenades, which may wake up light sleepers and early-rising guests, including the little ones. We apologize in advance for any unexpected wake-up calls, but hey, we can't control Mother Nature and her quirky creations!

Don't miss out on basking in the sun on our delightful front patio! The dining and living areas are designed for ultimate entertainment and relaxation, offering ample space to unwind and let loose. Now, here's the scoop: the primary bedroom closet🚫 is strictly off-limits, but fear not! It's our secret stash of supplies, like extra towels, sheets, and all the essentials we need to keep this place running like a well-oiled machine.

We've even got a fancy blink doorbell camera that lets us see who's coming and going. And let's not forget about the trusty floodlight camera that captures all the action on the street.
