Pet friendly Iconic Magnolia Ave, Fountain of Youth, 4 min to beach & Downtown

Magnolia Peacock House is located directly next to the Fountain of Youth. In fact, we share a common wall with them. The house is just beautiful, with an upstairs screened in porch, as well as downstairs front and back porches. There are 3 large bedrooms and a bonus room with 3 twin beds located upstairs next to the game room. You can walk to many famous attractions or jump on a tram, and not have to move your car for your entire trip. You can enjoy the local restaurants, or grill your own dinner in our lovely backyard. Enjoy smores by the fire pit, or play a round of corn hole with the kids. You will have this entire 2 story house for you to enjoy family time, we can accommodate up to 10 individuals, bring your dogs along, and make memories to last a lifetime!

Cute home in a historic location

A group of adult friends went up for a few days over the Fourth of July and really enjoyed our stay. Location was right next to Fountain of Youth and about a block away from the Old Jail and the sightseeing trolley. Loved the convenience. Large kitchen was great. Plenty of seating. Loved the neighborhood peacocks and the house is on the most beautiful street. Bathrooms were nice-And big plush towels. A/c worked great!

This was one of my favorite stays ever. The sounds of the peacocks every morning was a joy. The sunroom was my favorite room, the kitchen was the perfect size for my mother’s 50th birthday celebration. We got to see the beautiful peacocks, the most I’ve seen in my life. The most beautiful street, Magnolia Ave is not just a home it’s a piece of history located in the city of history. I can’t wait to be back! The decor from the inside and out, truly felt like Saint Augustine and like home. I hope to spend another vacation here.

Beautiful Place!!

Clean house and nicely furnished and in an excellent location. It sits on a beautiful tree lined street and is within walking distance of the historic sections of town. A+ stay!!
