Magnolia Ave Peacock House Fountain of Youth, 4 min to beach & Downtown

Magnolia Peacock House is located directly next to the Fountain of Youth. In fact, we share a common wall with them. The house is just beautiful, with an upstairs screened in porch, as well as downstairs front and back porches. There are 3 large bedrooms and a bonus room with 3 twin beds located upstairs next to the game room. You can walk to many famous attractions or jump on a tram, and not have to move your car for your entire trip. You can enjoy the local restaurants, or grill your own dinner in our lovely backyard. Enjoy smores by the fire pit, or play a round of corn hole with the kids. You will have this entire 2 story house for you to enjoy family time, we can accommodate up to 10 individuals, bring your dogs along, and make memories to last a lifetime! If you love the beach it is a short 5 minute drive away. We provide beach towels and chairs. You are invited to enjoy this amazing location!

The house was bigger than it looked, the peacocks were beautiful and hilarious and the neighborhood was lovely and walkable.

This house could not be in a better location. Magnolia is so beautiful. You can hear the peacocks! Best little coffee joint right out your front door. Could not have been better!! I highly recomend.

Great location near historic downtown St. Augustine. Spacious home stacked with all essentials. The host was very friendly, quick to communicate with, and went out of her way to ensure that all our needs were met. It was just the perfect location for our extended family to celebrate Christmas at one of the most picturesque places in the United States.

The house and host were amazing!! We were a group of 5 ladies in town to see the lights and celebrate a birthday. Check-in was simple and the host kept in contact leading up to our arrival. The house was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood next to the Fountain of Youth but close enough to some places to walk. We’re already talking about coming back next year for a longer stay.

Beautiful Place!!

Clean house and nicely furnished and in an excellent location. It sits on a beautiful tree lined street and is within walking distance of the historic sections of town. A+ stay!!

The home was as described and located on a beautiful tree lined street next to The Fountain of Youth. Pet friendly & well equiped home. We felt very safe there & were very close to the historic district where we came to attend the Night of Lights. We enjoyed the peacocks & fed them peanuts from our hands. Guests can catch the hop on/hop off trolley right next door at The Fountain of Youth & ride it thru 22 stops and not have to take your car downtown as it runs the continus loop....every 15 minutes a trolley comes by. Buy your tickets for the trolley on line as they are cheaper or if you go to the ticket booths show them the price online and they will honor it. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. The owner was very responsive and I would definately rent again

Cute home in a historic location

A group of adult friends went up for a few days over the Fourth of July and really enjoyed our stay. Location was right next to Fountain of Youth and about a block away from the Old Jail and the sightseeing trolley. Loved the convenience. Large kitchen was great. Plenty of seating. Loved the neighborhood peacocks and the house is on the most beautiful street. Bathrooms were nice-And big plush towels. A/c worked great!

This was one of my favorite stays ever. The sounds of the peacocks every morning was a joy. The sunroom was my favorite room, the kitchen was the perfect size for my mother’s 50th birthday celebration. We got to see the beautiful peacocks, the most I’ve seen in my life. The most beautiful street, Magnolia Ave is not just a home it’s a piece of history located in the city of history. I can’t wait to be back! The decor from the inside and out, truly felt like Saint Augustine and like home. I hope to spend another vacation here.

Great location! Very close to the beach and downtown. If you want to experience peacocks in person it’s the perfect place for that . Right by the fountain of youth and walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. It was perfect place for families to stay at everyone had their own space. We enjoyed our stay !
