Historic Downtown Bungalow -Walk To Everything-

Newly renovated St. Augustine bungalow that is close to everything downtown! NEW arcade machine just installed. Our very modern beachy furnishings will be the perfect place for you to relax and unwind. Walk to the shops, restaurants, castle, and everything else St. Augustine has to offer when you’re ready to explore. Lots of houses say they are walkable here, but we really are, with an 84 walkability score! Our place has plenty of private off-street parking with a gate for extra privacy. Play cornhole or grill in our huge backyard with a nice fire pit, surrounded by oak and palm trees. Drink coffee from our stocked Keurig, or have a craft beer in the new brewery across the street. There is a free community pool/park a few blocks away for cooling off or entertaining the kids, and we also have a Pack n Play at the house. Free EV charging. We are also located on the historic Freedom Trail. Amazing location in one of the nations best cities!

The house is very comfortable. It was nice to walk into a decorated (Xmas) house. Nice location, very close to historic St. Augustine. The bathroom has a very small sink with minimal counter space. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here.

Property was just as described. So close to downtown. Walkability was perfect! My husband and boys loved the Mrs. Pak Man/Galaga machine in the dining area. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Perfect location

Aaron's bungalow is conveniently close to the historic center. The location was absolutely perfection as I enjoy walking to the Shops and restaurants. The bungalow itself was super cute well equipped and very comfortable. I will definitely look at this homes availability the next time I plan to be in St. Augustine

Bday getaway

Very nice, updated, clean bungalow. Great, large outdoor space for our doggie. Centrally located, ideal to walk everywhere. I’d use the front gate and close it. Our first night there was a man knocking on the door and we heard voices. No issues, but next night we used the gate for security.Would stay here again!

Close to everything

The property was clean and the inside was well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location is fantastic, with so much within walking distance, especially the Dog Rose Brewing Company on the corner! The neighborhood has homeless people outside and a facility across the street. They never bothered us. We did have a problem with the keypad (it wouldn’t lock), but Aaron responded promptly to all our questions.

Great Location Close to Saint George Street

Great cozy cottage in a QUIET location, but still walking distance from the main strip, ie Saint George Street. Super clean, comfortable beds (and pillows). Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend !

Excellent Stay & Location

The House is very nice, We were happy to be within walking distance of the Beautiful St. Augustine, Christmas Splendor, & Nice Restaurants. Also only Minutes away from the Party Boat Cruise.All in All, It was just a Perfect Holiday get away.

1st St. Augustine Christmas Getaway

We visited St. Augustine for the 1st time with our two pups. This lovely 2bd 1 bath vrbo is close walking distance to all the lights, pubs, restaurants, shops, parks and water. There's a great brewery just steps from the property that's dog friendly, and everyone we met was genuinely welconing and fun. We highly recommend this property, and will definitely be back!

Great location!

This little bungalow has a great location, within walking distance to everything. The inside of the house is reasonably clean however, the outside is terrible. The patio furniture was filthy, as was the deck. The chairs provided in the backyard were broken and the fire pit area is all grass and large rocks, impossible to enjoy. In addition, the bikes provided are rusty, with ripped seats.

Quaint and close to everything!

The house was in a perfect spot. We walked to almost everything. The backyard was fenced completely so we didnt have to worry about our fur kids. The neighborhood is 'up and coming' and we never felt in danger. The house was equipped with everything we needed and we will def love to stay here again! kids.

Convenient location

Convenient location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops! As soon as you walk in the house, you were greeted with a musty old smell. Although the backyard was big for our dog, we kept her on a leash because there were dog presents left by other guest. Yes, there’s homeless people around, but that did not bother us. We felt safe for the 2 nights we stayed. Plenty of room for our family of 4. I just wished the yard and patio area was in better condition and the house did not have a musty old smell.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our weekend trip to St. Augustine! Excellent location, big yard for the dogs to use. It had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.
