Welcome to your home away from home – a simply modern basement oasis with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The living area is inviting and cozy, complete with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are generously spacious, offering king-size beds for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combo, and the in-unit washer/dryer adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

Step outside and enjoy the large front yard, accessible for your leisure. Street parking is available for your convenience. This newly listed unit is ready and waiting for you to make it your temporary home in St. Louis. Book now and embark on a memorable stay in our modern and welcoming basement oasis.

​​​​​​Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Good, but

The place was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in. It's also in a great area. Safe and quiet. But the AC was set at 59! degrees when we got there and that didn't go well with my 86 year old mother. The thermostat was confusing and we never did get a comfortable temp. Instructions would have been nice. The hot water was tepid at best. The kitchen isn't particularly well stocked. There were just two mugs and one glass. The place lacked helpful touches like a place hang jackets, a small table, hot water. More attention to detail and it could be a nice little place we would stay in again (we travel to STL several times a year), but it probably isn't that hard to find something better. At least it was clean though, which is the most important thing.

We would stay here again, but some items go consider.

* You can hear those upstairs, and at times a bit loud (walking or chair moving or drop something, no voice sound). * Seating in the family room area, only had room for three people (sitting very close to each other). That was an issue at times. * The bedroom near the bathroom has a very thin window cover which let in a lot of outside light.

Family in for the weekend

Wanted to stay in the city and needed to find a comfortable place to stay. We found it. This was very reasonably priced and was exactly what we were looking for. It is near an area in saint louis that is walkable to restaurants and one of the best breweries in town. I was there with my 82 year old father and he felt safe knowing that it is literally in viewing site of a police sub station. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for similar accommodations.
