Enjoy the gorgeous view from your deck or cozy up by the fireplace in the living room.

This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located just across the road from Sugar Mountain and a short drive to Sugar Ski Resort, Sugar Golf and Tennis Club, and Downtown Banner Elk.
Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed, while Bedroom 2 features 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have TV's.
Full Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all items needed to suit your needs, including a Keurig coffee maker.
In-unit washer and dryer is available for your use.
A/C in unit
There is only one designated parking spot in front of the unit. Visitor parking is available in the lot just below the unit.

We had a great time staying here. Everything was as pictured and as described on the website. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and didn’t see anything dirty at all. We enjoyed snow tubing, hiking, and riding the alpine coaster.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The condo was as expected and I would visit again. The heating was a different experience for us, but everything worked well once we familiarized ourselves with the system.

Great location for ski trip

Great location and clean space. Came for a weekend ski trip, short 3-4 minute drive to Sugar Mountain. Minutes from other restaurants and ski rental shops. Definitely recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small gem was a perfect find for my husband and I to enjoy the fall leaves! This rental was very well taken care of and felt more like being in someone’s loved home than a well worn investment property. It also was conveniently stocked with daily use goods so that we only had to replenish a few supplies. The location is fabulous near sugar mt area and banner elk and Foscoe!

Great stay and great location

The property was really nice and the location was great. We had 4 adults and it fit us all comfortably. Weather got rough with snow and ice and entrance to the property has a metal bridge that iced up and caused vehicles to slide. 4WD or AWD is a necessity with snowy weather.

Perfect place for our small family getaway!

We visit Banner Elk regularly, and we like this little condo neighborhood for its convenience and affordability. This two-bedroom unit worked well for us because it has a bedroom with twin beds and a large table for family meals and games. It was clean and fresh, nicely decorated. I would definitely choose it again.

Updated interior and owners have done a great job of updating the space. I don’t think it was super clear that there isn’t heat/air were separate and not whole house. We were comfortable most of the time. There is very limited parking and the other units parked in the one designated space. Wonderful tea/coffee options!! Very clean interior!

Awesome condo!

Found this listing at the last minute. We were planning a trip to Sugar Mt and the location of this condo was great. It was adorable, updated but most important (to us) super clean and convenient to the places we needed to go. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Would loved to have stayed longer and would definitely book again! Thank you!

Holiday ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was across the street from Sugar Mountain which was very convenient but it was also up the side of another mountain. Had it been snowy or icy, the drive up the mountain to the condo would have been treacherous without chains. Great views.

We got to Banner Elk late and it was not easy to find in tye pitch black dark of the mountains. So as with any stay always get there before dark!! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great local find! The unit was so well stocked, clean and cutely decorated! I know it is a rental but everything was in great shape and well taken care of. The community needs some help being restored after Helene but it was in the perfect location and close to banner elk and foscoe.
