The bedroom is furnished with a Kingsize bed and a TV. The kitchen is fully upgraded with modern stainless steel appliances. In the living room, find a large 50-inch TV, along with speakers and a subwoofer system. Additionally, a desk is set up for convenience in the living room.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $250 for 1st pet, plus $150 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: Nabro Furnished Housing is not liable for towing fees.
