Inside the house, enjoy the open floor plan with a spacious living room and Smart TV for your favorite movies and shows. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and more to prepare a full-course meal. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep. House was dirty with food on floor in kitchen area. AC struggles to keep up with hot afternooon temperatures. Clothes dryer is not vented to outside and dumps hot, moist air into house. Interior of house is very worn despite being a couple of years old. Owner did not offer re-cleaning of house nor made no attempt to address clothes dryer problem. Will not rent this house again!

Overall, it was a nice house with a great view! Bedrooms are nice. We did have some issues with the Internet, not being the right network and password. Had to wait till the next day to get that corrected. Door entry to the house and the gate by the stairs were not working properly. The handle fell off the front door and we weren’t able to use that door we had to use the doors off the deck. Probably should upgrade the barbecue grill, wasn’t able to use it.The best part of this house was the view, and we enjoyed the porch and having the amenities in the subdivision, like the pool and an area to fish. Also, there is an awesome baker named Joy, 3 houses from this rental, she offers delicious bake goods and is open on Sunday mornings 8 am - 1.
