Not only does that put it close to the beach, but it also means it is one block from the shops and restaurants on Wilmington Avenue, and two from Rehoboth Avenue. Guests enter this rental home on the ground level, where they find two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The entry is behind the building off the parking area, where guests will be able to park two cars. Head upstairs to find the main living space, including the kitchen and dining area, plus a half bath. There is also a primary bedroom suite on the upper level with a full bath. The complex has parking for two cars per unit. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
