Nestled in Cambria with ocean views, Sea View Maison offers a slice of California paradise. Experience the California Central Coast in this lovely ocean view home, available for a minimum 30-day stay. Just a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach and Shamel Park, and 15 minutes to Moonstone Beach and its boardwalk. Guests can enjoy nearby walking trails at Fiscalini Ranch and scenic drives along Highway 1 to spots like Elephant Seal Vista Point and Hearst Castle. Off Highway 1 and close to downtown.
The space
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home boasts a full kitchen, spacious living and dining areas with high ceilings, and expansive front and back decks. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the front deck while feeling the refreshing ocean breeze. The back deck provides a BBQ area and a clear view through to the living and dining areas, extending to the front of the house and the ocean beyond.
The primary bedroom and bath, located on the first level, offer a private entrance from the front deck. Upstairs, two more bedrooms and a full bath provide ample accommodation. Additionally, there's a powder room bath on the first level. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a full-sized fold-out couch, accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Each upstairs bedroom includes a queen-sized bed.
The house is equipped with amenities such as WiFi, a flat-screen TV, streaming stations, a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer for convenience. Two cars can be parked side by side in the driveway, while the garage is utilized as the owner's art studio and is not available for parking. Furnished with art and antiques, this home offers a cozy and elegant retreat.
Nature enthusiasts will delight in the accessibility of walking trails through the picturesque Fiscalini Ranch, while scenic drives along Highway 1 beckon travelers to explore coastal treasures such as Elephant Seal Vista Point, Piedras Blancas Lighthouse, and the majestic Hearst Castle.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and a security deposit for damages for stays longer than 30 days.

Guests can access the entire house it is not a shared space. The garage is available only for access to the washer and dryer as the owner's art studio is also located there and is not for guests use or access.

We have a standard rental lease agreement that we require guests to sign upon booking our rental.
