Wonderful Getaway

We booked this home for a girls weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was just as described, plenty of room for us and the hot tub was an added bonus! We were able to walk to a few cocktail joints and restaurants as well. The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness as I think a previous guest’s dog had peed on the sofa/pillow. But otherwise the home was very clean, tidy, and provided all the amenities we needed.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family spent 4 days here & everything worked out great! We were able to prepare a holiday meal, watch the parade & football, play family games & quickly & easily get to Nashville attractions. The property is dog-friendly with a fenced-in back yard, which was great for us. While all 3 bedrooms are upstairs, there is a half-bath downstairs which allowed my in-laws with mobility issues to visit for the day. Parking is somewhat tight, but we were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the designated parking area right in front of the house. Very happy with this rental!

Solid property in a pretty good area

The house was very clean, and minimalistically decorated. It looks basically exactly like the listing. I like the vibe of this part East Nashville, and my two teenagers and myself had a good time while in Nashville in general. Just a couple minutes drive to down town makes the location superb. My impression of the area is that it is undergoing extremely rapid gentrification. Newer apartments and condos were being rapidly built amongst the homes that were probably constructed in the early 20th century. I'd say its safe and would recommend friends or family to stay here.

Absolute Hidden Gem

If I could give this property and the owner 10 stars I would This house is an absolute hidden gem. Only a 10 minute Uber to Broadway and just on the outskirts of 5 points. It is the perfect location. The owner bent over backwards to make sure our special occasion was just that. Providing her with a small fee. We were able to send decorations to the house, that she set up along as having champagne ready for us when we arrived. This house is perfect for bachelorette parties. Three large rooms, one king, one queen and a set of bunkbeds, makes it perfect for groups of eight or two couples with children. The downstairs has a long island where you can play games or set up a little minibar The back deck is perfect for a group of 8 or so, and the hot tub can fit as many. This property is perfect. If you’re not familiar with five points, it’s its own little collective of bars and fantastic restaurants A nice touch if you wanna get away from the loud music of Broadway I cannot say enough about this property. We will definitely return and use it again. Location ✅ Owner ✅ House ✅ Hidden Gem ✅

I typically rely on reviews but never leave one myself. However, this home was amazing! We went to BETA Nationals and the Gaylord rooms for convention are just way too small for our family. I am so glad I found this place with a great location, parking, quiet, but close enough to everything. Communication with Andy was great. Simple to come in a day early since it was available, access to the house whenever we got there was so easy, and the decor is so cool. I had groceries delivered and it has anything you would need if you want to cook and food in walking distance (Thot wings). The closets were so big the kids even unpacked all the way in them. Close enough to the Gaylord for BETA (Top 5 Songfest & more!), downtown Nashville where we kayaked the Cumberland, Nashville Shores water park (it was ok), and the Grand Ole Opry. The full size washing machine and dryer with a dishwasher was an even bigger bonus. We would have loved to have time for the hot tub, but even the kids who didn’t compete enjoyed relaxing in the house or sleeping off other activities. We even tried extending another night we loved it so much - Andy tried his best. Thanks for a way better sleeping arrangement for a school function turned vacation! We would stay again easily and I would highly recommend the place.

Great location and large rooms. Beds could be little softer but everything else was as described. Would definitely stay again. Private backyard to take out our fur baby to potty. Nice neighborhood but close to everything . Andy got back to us quickly with any questions.
