History

The company was initially founded by two cousins who shared a passion for real estate and hospitality, driven by the booming travel demand in the Nashville area. Their goal was to provide exceptional management services for short-term rental properties, catering to both property owners and visitors in this vibrant market. In 2023, the company was acquired by Andy Curry and Debra Jones, a couple from Mt. Juliet, TN, who brought a wealth of business experience and a fresh perspective. Under their leadership, the company has flourished, expanding its footprint beyond Nashville to include popular vacation destinations such as Gulf Shores, AL, the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina, and the charming town of Laurel, MS. Their continued focus on providing high-quality services has allowed the company to grow while maintaining the original founders' commitment to excellence in property management.

This property is one our newest homes and we have thought of all the items you will need during your stay with the exception of food and beverage! If you need someone to do your shopping or decorate for an party, we have someone that can take care of that as well!
