Time Away from Life

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and had all that was needed for the stay. The only thing complaint was that the ceiling fans didn’t work and could possibly need a battery change.

Excellent stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 9 night stay! Despite being one of the busiest weeks of the summer (over July 4th) we never felt like the beach was overcrowded. Having the 4 chair setup available was a huge bonus...the service and attention he provided surpassed anything we’ve ever received before. We also appreciated the building staff who were so helpful, they provided us a handicap beach wheelchair to use for our son (he stayed with us after we picked him up from camp) The unit was clean and well stocked. Location perfect. We especially loved the balcony views and comfortable furniture. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for us to spend at the beach.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are so glad you found the condo to be nice, comfortable, and in a great location. The condo was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. We sure wish you would have contacted us regarding any issues you had. We are on-site and pride ourselves in providing fabulous customer service. In fact our office is just a few floors below the condo you stayed in. We could have easily taken care of everything. As evidenced by our reviews, we provide A+ condos and are one of the highest rated management companies in Panama City Beach. We are sorry that you had those issues and will discuss with the housekeeper to insure fabulous future stays. We hope you and your family enjoyed the beach, ate at some wonderful restaurants, and made memories to last a lifetime. Sincerely, Greta's Beach Rentals

Location, Location, Location !!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part about our vacation here was the vicinity to most of the things we wanted to do. Except for a short trip to the Pier Park, you would not need to step in your vehicle. Everything is within 5 mins walk - great restaurants, 'not so mini' golf, go-carting, grocery store, souvenir shops. The condo is on the beach and views from the 19 floor are awesome. The sunset is great to watch from the huge balcony....overall wonderful property to stay in.
