Welcome to "Ocean Dreams." One of 2 units that we have in the desirable condo community "Castle Reef." Located on the NO DRIVE portion of the beach, Ocean Dreams is the largest unit that this community, offering at 1250 sq ft. Conveniently located to shopping and just 3 miles from Flagler Ave. Our large pool is heated in the cooler months. There is also a kiddie pool, shuffle board, tennis/pickle board courts, bar-b -que area, pavilion & club house. This unit has undergone major renovations 2022-2025. All of the furnishings & appliances were added when these renovations took place. A laundry room was added with large capacity washer & dryer. The master has a king bed, guest room has been redesigned Jan 2025 and equipped with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk. All new flooring was just installed Jan 2025 as well. All our guests enjoy complimentary amenities that are too numerous to list. Ranging from light breakfast & snacks to robes, laundry detergent, personal hygiene items, and bottle of wine. Castle reef is located just a couple miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. There is a convenient shopping area directly across the street, that has Restaurants, ice cream parlor, nail salon, liquor store, light food shopping, & variety beach store. All you could need within walking distance. Taking a short car ride will get you to many great restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, etc. New Smyrna Beach, besides having the most beautiful beaches (IMO) has something to do for everyone locally. Lots of information is included inside the unit. **Monthly rates available upon request.

A plus property and host.

We’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years do this host was as good as it gets. Property location and views are phenomenal. Unit is in excellent shape, well taken care of, and well stocked.

Great place

Very nice unit as advertised. Clean, easy check-in and checkout, great location and view! The only thing to note was that the dryer is a little finicky, but that was disclosed by the property manager. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

The condo was perfect for our family! The kids loves the pool and kiddie pool. I loved that it was beachfront and easy access to amenities. The balcony view is amazing, we saw dolphins each morning!

Perfection

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The property has a great large pool and a kiddo pool. Theres also two gas grills down near the pool as well. Host was amazing and commincated great in timely manner. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. The condo is exactly as described. If you forgot to pack something, there is a good chance the host has it stocked for you. We would stay again, without a doubt.

Best Beach Getaway

This may he one of the best beach condos we have stayed at. The condo had everything we needed and more! We celebrated my 14year old daughters bday there with 5 teens and the condo fit us all perfectly. We appreciated the extra towels, beach accessories, and bathroom extras. The condo has been renovated to include all new amenities and beautiful decor. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacay.

Spring Break family trip

Newly updated throughout. Kitchen equipped with nice quality everything. Washer and dryer in unit was so nice. Entire condo was lovely. Thoughtful hosts. Condo’s pool was heated and clean. Beach had super easy access and firm sand. A no-drive area of the beach. Local area was nice also, lots of good restaurants!

Everything was exactly as promised. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked and well-equipped. The location within the complex was perfect, situated ocean-front but also on the end of the building so that there was absolutely no one walking past our door and windows at any time, enhancing a sense of privacy. The kitchen appliances are modern and upscale, and more than one option for brewing morning coffee was available (traditional pot vs K-cups). I didn't realize what a pain doing laundry on vacation was until we experienced a condo with a washer and dryer available for our use, which was the case here. One last note, this was the first condo we've rented in all our years of going to Castle Reef where beach supplies were available in the closet located on the patio. You know you are enjoying your rental when you're sitting in its living room making plans for renting the same place next year, which was the case with us. Our compliments, and gratitude, to Dianne (owner) for being such a wonderful host.

Russ and I fell in love with NSB 25 years ago when we purchased a timeshare. Since then, we had talked about purchasing one for us to use for longer stays. In April of 2022 we purchased the first one, "Ocean Dreams." In May of 2023, we purchased " Beachside Dreams." a second unit. Both units are located in the desirable community " Castle Reef." This is not our first hosting experience either. We have owned "Chester River Dreams" for over 10 years. That property is located on the eastern shore in Maryland, our home base. We learned early on what it takes to make our guests feel at home and strive to make improvements as our guest's needs change. We love hearing about what our guests love and what could be improved. Most of our properties are constantly being improved in one way or another. As most people who own a property know, there is always something to do. We generally do most of the work ourselves and only when we are in town. So, that means we squeeze as much into our stay as possible. We always welcome feedback and return guest discounts.

We just love the beaches and the Florida weather. There is always something to do. Coming from a small town with only a few choices and shopping being 30-45 minutes away, This is a fun change.

We understand that you have 100's of choices when it comes to staying at the beach. We want to stand out from all the rest. Besides being the most spectacular view and completely renovated, we try to go over and above what well feel our guests need to make their stay the best one possible. This includes many extras that are simply too numerous to list. However, to give an example, we include a welcome basket that is loaded up with light breakfast choices, coffee & teas (K-cups too!,) snacks, water, and of course a bottle of wine. All units are stocked with robes, various toiletries, soap, shampoo, & conditioner as well as many other things. Some units have a pac-n-play & monitor for the little ones. This unit also has a potty seat and dinnerware. There are beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards & surf boards. Fluffy Towels, beach towels, and linens that are all provided. There are games, puzzles and cards as well.
