This eighth-floor Edgewater condo brings you right to the edge of the Alabama Gulf Coast! Enjoy all-day Gulf views from your fully enclosed balcony or head downstairs to soak up the sun at the beach or beside the pool. The Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest and Hangout Music Festival grounds are just over a mile away, along with tons of local shops, bars, and beachfront dining options.

Complete home comfort comes easy with essentials including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom provide flexible entertainment for the whole family. Each bedroom includes en suite bathroom access for added privacy and convenience.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Small town vibes

Condo building is small so the beach isn’t crowded. All the rooms have glass doors near the balcony rail allows for you to enjoy the balcony and view while raining and not get wet.

Allison was amazing and very accommodating, the location of the condo is right outside of the busy area but very close to everything, the view was breathtaking, this location by far was my favorite stay out of all of our visits to Gulf Shores. We will definitely be booking this condo again because it’s just perfect! Ohhh and one of our favorite parts was there’s a closet by the pool for all things beach (sand toys,chairs,floats,umbrellas,fishing pole etc)

Perfect for a family of four!

This was a great overall experience. The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. The building was dated but the condo has been updated with nice counter tops, appliances, furniture. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The balcony view was awesome on the top floor. I have to mention that the balcony furniture was so perfect that we stayed on the balcony for most of the time that we were in the condo. The beach was crowded as far as you could see left and right of us, but for some reason there wasn't many people directly behind the condo. We slept in and went out to the beach a little later in the mornings and never had trouble getting a good spot. Again, overall, this was a perfect scenario for a family of four beach vacation. We'll definitely go again!

Perfect beach view

Location and property were as described. We were steps from the beach and didnt have to leave for anything once we grabbed some groceries at beginning of stay. Town was very easy to navigate and friendly. Reached out to Allison once durinh our stay (no problems) and she was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful girls trip

We had an awesome time. The condo was amazing and the owner was very helpful. The only downside was that we were there during the music fest and traffic was horrible. We will definitely be back on a different weekend.

Disappointing

Unfortunately the stay was marred by a dirty condo. Sand comes with a beach dwelling, not dirt and dust. Recalling the same cleaning company back would not have resulted in a better job. We cleaned and wiped down almost everything. This had to be months of neglect. This was not maintenance cleaning that you do every week. When booking months prior, the listing showed we had access to a locker with beach items. When contacting the owner, we were told she no longer did that. It still lists beach chairs but bring your own, none are provided. The kitchen and bathroom counters and cabinets were nicely updated. The pool was always clean and maintained.

Remote working and vacation!

I’m looking to relocating to Palm Coast. This house is located in a quite neighborhood which was a great trial run to see if my family would like living here. It’s close to shopping, food and short drive to two beaches. The high speed internet is works well for two people working remotely which was a huge concern for me when I booked the house. The owner always responded quickly to any questions. I would stay again!

You cannot beat the location!!

Let me to start out by saying the property manager a delight to deal with she was very easy-going and gave me all of the information I needed! This unit is in a great location easy access to everything it is an older building so don’t expect everything to be 100% up-to-date!! The space of our unit was perfect for the size of our family of 4 It can use some tlc you can tell that it is a very popular rental there was lots of construction going on while we were there so I can hope for the future that everything will be like new!! The only real disappointment I had have nothing to do with the unit but the beach behind the property has some major erosion and is very small speaking with one of the lifeguards it used to be three times the size I hope the city fixes it soon!! This condo is a great value and I would definitely consider it for my next trip!

Owner was super nice ,answered us quickly with any questions. But not sure I would rent this unit again unless I absolutely knew it was cleaned better.

Great get away with a fantastic view!

I could sit for hours and enjoy the view of this ocean front condo. Nice and clean with 2 king suites. Owner was super nice and quick to respond. Definitely recommend.

Amazing

My mom, my sisters and I stayed here for my 30th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and beautiful. The views were breathtaking from the balcony. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here and we definitely plan on going back!
