Perfect family beach getaway

Property was spotless and well taken care of. Stocked with everything you could ever need and located perfectly right near boardwalk, beach and lots of restaurants and mini golf. Would highly recommend! Laura was super helpful and responsive as a host. Will definitely be back! Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Been going to OC annually for just over 10 years now. This was a refreshing experience, to not see some of the commonalities that are usually hand in hand with OC properties. Best of both worlds really. Quiet and on the boardwalk. Great place to stay!!! 10 Stars!

Boardwalk Rock weekend getaway

Two thumbs up and 10 stars on location to the ocean and boardwalk. The rental was exactly as listed, very nice, clean and well kept. Laura is an excellent host, very attentive and replied back to my messages within minutes. I’d for sure book again!!

Clean, great location, will stay again!

This property is in the ideal location when looking to vacation in OC. That mixed with a very clean place and very responsive host makes for a perfect vacation property. This property is walking distance to anything you will need while vacationing including the beach, restaurants, bars, and various other outdoor activities. My family and I definitely plan on rebooking this place.

Place was super clean, convenient, easy parking, quiet street. Definitely recommend. Young adults in our group liked being close to the action of the boardwalk, older adults loved the quiet area.

We had the most amazing stay at this property in Ocean City! From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless. The process was easy, and we were able to settle in quickly—no hassles at all.The property was exactly as described in the listing—if not better! It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from cookware to utensils, making it so easy to prepare meals and snacks for the whole family. We really appreciated the spaciousness of the kitchen and the dining area—it was perfect for our family meals. The outside porch was lovely and the ocean views were just right!The location could not have been better! We were just steps away from the beach, which was perfect for the kids. The short walk to the boardwalk, shops, and numerous restaurants made it easy to explore the area without needing to drive anywhere. It was ideal for all ages in our group—from the little ones to the adults!A special thank you to the owners for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and the attention to detail in making sure everything was perfect for our vacation. We can't wait to return!

Vaction rental 24th st

This was our second year staying at the Collins house and its a home away from home....love it!! The house is nice and clean lots of room and location is just perfect. The owners are wonderful great communication. I cant say enough good things about the rental. Im so glad we found it and hope to have a 3rd year of renting the house. Thanks again!!! Tina

FREAKING AWESOME!!!

What a fantastic stay! Awesome house! Awesome location! Great parking! House is HUGE...tons of room for the 5 of us! I just can't say enough about how incredible this place is and the property managers are SUPER at communication! ALL 100% POSITIVE! LOVED THIS WEEKEND WITH MY FAMILY! We did our best to leave the property in the same perfect condition in which we found it when we arrived! THANKS SO MUCH! I want to check on booking for the same time frame next year! Will be doing so soon!

Wonderful beach house!

A+ for cleanliness and comfort. Plenty of room to spread out. TV in every room a plus which was great for the kids (and us). Master Bedroom was huge and the other two bedrooms were perfect for the kids and we all slept great on the comfortable beds. Having fans throughout the house which was also very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils/cookware we needed to prepare meals. Nice covered front porch with a view of the ocean. Rodney was very helpful answering any questions and being available if we needed to ask a question. Easy keypad entry. So close to the beach we could run back to the house if we needed something. The best place we have stayed and would absolutely stay again.

Great Value, Super Clean!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! It was very roomy and spacious with a super homey and comfortable feel. The location was even better than anticipated! It was an easy quick minute walk to the beach—anyone with young kids can appreciate not having to wrestle with a bunch of beach gear on a long walk. 24th street was nice and quiet and street parking in front was abundant and easy. We never had to worry about parking in the assigned lot. Neighbors were very quiet and traffic on the street wasn’t as busy as I was expecting. Boardwalk location was great as well. The decor and amenities were great. Anything you could think of in the kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs outfitted with Fire TV, fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, spacious deck, fans in every room, hose to wash off sandy feet. It was great! We are definitely adding this property to our favorites!

The perfect shore house!

The house itself was the perfect size & location for our family of 4! After spending our days at the beach & then walking the boardwalk (which is seriously only STEPS away from the house), our younger son happily connected with friends back home in his "Xbox" room (the rear sitting area), while my husband, our older son & I either sat in the main sitting room watching Shark Week or out on the front porch sipping drinks, playing cards & people watching. The interior rooms are perfectly spaced out, so we were not tripping over one another. There are also 2 full bathrooms, which is always a bonus to have with boys! And although we did not really need to drive anywhere (with the exception of Walmart for a full grocery run & Assateague Island to see the horses, everything is within walking distance!), we really appreciated having a designated parking spot in the back, as the spots out front were prime real estate & barely ever available! We would 100% recommend this house to anyone who is looking for an amazing beach experience without the noise and crowds of the main boardwalk right outside their door. We will definitely be back!

A Little Slice of Heaven

If you like comfy, cozy and roomy you will love this little jewel. While the pictures are pretty true to life it is even more charming in person. It is just steps to the boardwalk and ocean. The front porch is even nicer than depicted. Early morning coffee and later evening social time was perfect. A nice table with six comfortable chairs. The tram is the way to go on the boards although you can walk down the boards to all the action. The master bedroom is huge and the two other bedrooms have a movable partition for privacy or not. Saturday is the only difficult day for extra parking, we had two cars, there is a numbered space in the back and the parking out front is first come, first serve. We did have a opportunity to meet Rodney and it was a pleasure and he was very helpfull. The decor is beachy or not. There are many pictures hanging on the walls to delight every taste. Would we return to this little slice of heaven? In a heart beat. Next time we are headed to the ocean we will book this gem. If you are thinking about it, book early. I'm sure it will book fast next summer.

Great house...great location!

We stayed for a week with our daughter and family of 4 children ages 2-7years. The house is very clean, spacious, and has everything a family needs to have a comfortable vacation. Here are some points you may find helpful: 1. plenty of parking in rear of home- which includes a designated spot as well. Free parking on street as well. 2. Kids did not have to cross any streets to get the the boardwalk/beach. Just steps away with all your beach stuff. 3. Kitchen is supplied with everything you need- including a great set of knives. My husband and I are both chefs- so we fully enjoyed steaming crabs/muscles/clams/shrimp....you name it! 4. All appliances are immaculate and seem new. It was wonderful being able to dry beach towels and do a load of fresh laundry. 5. There is ample room in the dining room to eat as well as on the front porch- where we ate every meal (we were blessed with perfect weather every day). 6. Central air and backup air conditioner kept the house very comfortable. 7. There is a nice flatscreen in the living room and in the master bedroom. Lucky for us, we really didn't use the tv's much as we played games and exercised as a family instead. 8. Wifi- you can pick up the Howard Johnson wifi from across the street. If you sit on the front porch, you can also pick up optonline wifi very well. 9. The house is on the quiet side of town. You can walk the boardwalk and hit the bustle a few blocks down if you wish. 10. There is a Howard Johnson Hotel across the street. I was concerned about noise ...but it was quiet. 11. Everything you need is close by. We hardly used our cars. The house was very spacious, enjoyable, and convenient. We felt right at home. We will definitely return next year. Why go anywhere else??

Communicative, Wonderful, & Clean

My family usually rents a house a few doors down, but I wanted to try out a new house on the block & this one did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean, and better than the one we usually stay at lol. Rodney was super nice and answered every single one of my 1000 questions leading up to the trip. We will definitely be coming back!

Just Amazing

We were feet away from the boardwalk and just a few feet more To the beach. Could not have been happier with the location or property. I felt safe and felt my 16 year olds were safe as well. I feel a little jealous of everyone who is staying there😀

Better Than Advertised

Couldn't have been better. Very comfortable, with plenty of room for grandma, mom, dad, and 3 children. Awesome having upstairs bedrooms- early to bed not bothered by night owls. TV's in bedrooms- everyone could watch what they wanted. Very pleasant porch, with views of boardwalk and ocean. STEPS to beach! Wonderful having quiet end of boardwalk- made for many different walking options. Our first visit to Ocean City, and I feel like we hit the jackpot! Thank you for a wonderful vacation, and we look forward to coming back.
