Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members in your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only! There is a poolside cafe, serving drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), ice cream, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc.- There is a place to rent beach umbrellas and chairs. A Lending Library is located in the Sports Complex for guests to enjoy.

Summer Winds A-115 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ground Level, Oceanfront Condo. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. The Living Area features a Flat Screen Television and a Double Sleeper Sofa. This Condo is directly across from the Sports Complex making using the amenities there easy and convenient. Being on the first floor also provides easy access to the complex¡s Pool and Hot Tub.

Amenities Include: 2 Color Cable TVs, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, and a Covered Deck with Furniture.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens & Towels Provided! (Weekly stays only)

No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay Year-Round

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
