New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This is a second-floor, point-unit condo with excellent ocean and beach views. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a private bath, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The living room is complete with a 37-inch flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray player, and access to a screened-in porch. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Two oceanfront swimming pools and children's pools, as well as a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, are located on the sound side of the complex. You will find a fitness center available for guests' use, plus tennis courts.

Needs Updating!

Location was the best feature in this rental! Unfortunately all else really needs a good updating from the kitchen needing more essentials to TV’s. to the pools and elevators being out of commission! We made the most of our trip, but will look for a more updated rental unit next time!

Good not great

Location is great, as is having a pool to access. The unit itself needs some updating in terms of amenities - it’s also disappointing it does not have a “shed” downstairs for beach equipment. Vacasa was great; however, confused why I had to pick up/drop off keys and parking passes when the unit has a digital door code. Minor inconvenience but still not something that should be expected.

Slightly disappointed

Condo needs updated. Lamp shade was broke, Sliding glass doors are nearly impossible to open, carpets on outdoor patio are coming up. All fixtures need updated. Very disappointed that the elevator was out of service the entire time. Made it very difficult for my 70-year-old parents to go up and down two flights of steps. Location is phenomenal
