The property was nice and in a nice area. Our check-in time was 4 p.m., but we didn't get access to the property until 4:30, because they were still cleaning. They didn't do a good job cleaning, because they had to come back. Patio was dirty, and the furniture needs upgraded in the place.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the cleaning crew ran late which is very rare. We have deep cleaned the patio furniture and pressure washed the floor after you mentioned they were not very clean. WE are looking into upgrading some of the furniture. Looking forward to hosting you again.

Extremely clean. Lots of space. Loved having linens supplied for us. Quick walk to the beach and well located for easy access to groceries and restaurants and ice cream shops. Host was super responsive. We had a couple small issues that were fixed immediately as soon as we reached out. Kids loved having the community pool to swim after a long afternoon at the beach!

Terrible experience, terrible management-floors and carpets were FILTHY! Bugs, spills, stains, dirt, sand everywhere. Broken banister rungs presented danger to our little ones. No pool keys provided although promised. Inoperable washing machine, no water pressure or drainage. Holes in wall. All documented and management did nothing to assist while promising to take care of it. Our feet were black walking across the floor as they’ve not been mopped-ever! Never given a code to open/close garage door for easy access. Very tight accommodations so don’t bring a bigger SUV you’ll never fit it. The only positive I can leave is that there needs were clean and comfortable. We left the place much cleaner than we found it for sure! Will not be using these facilities again. Way overpriced!!

The day we were checking in I did not get a code to get in the house. While we were waiting outside, trying to contact the host to get the code there was also a repair man there that was trying to contact her to get in. He said he had some repairs to do and he was told that there would be no one staying at the house. The host finally contacted us back and apologized and sent the code and also asked if we cared if the repair man came in to do what he needed to do.The second day we were there we tried to wash a load of towels and discovered that the washer was broken. I contacted the host immediately and asked if it could be repaired because we would want to do some laundry throughout the week for beach towels, and bath towels. The host would respond but with no solution until Wednesday and she said a new washer would be delivered this afternoon. The washer was never delivered until Friday afternoon. We were checking out Saturday. I told the host it was very frustrating because we were not able to wash towels throughout the week and nothing was being done. We also could not get one of the TVs to work in the bedroom. I messaged the host to try to figure out how to get it to go to some channels. It would come on, but we couldn’t get it to go to any channels. She would just repeatedly ask the same questions about the TV over and over with no solution. For the amount of money we paid I expected better service.

Sorry for the issues with the washer. We tried to repair it but ended up to replace it. We did send a few emails and messages to remind the checking in instructions as we noticed these emails were not open. Unfortunately these messages and emails didn't catch your attention. Hope ot host you again in the future.
