PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*One bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.**Heating of pool is available for $30/day with a minimum of 3 days.

GRILL: Free gas grill with empty propane tank. Guests responsible to fill the gas as needed. The tank exchange shall save you over $50. Missing tanks will be charged an additional $50 replacement fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags.

PETS: One pet is allowed for an additional $300 fee. Additional dogs may be considered but will have additional costs. Guests responsible for damages, odors in addition to non refundable fee. Breed restrictions apply

Parking:
• Street parking is available, a max of 10 vehicles. Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

Resort Access:
• You're provided with complimentary access to the Champions Gate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse.
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.
