The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the patio, the private pool glistening beside a warm‑water hot tub that invites a quick dip after a day at the parks. The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen while laughter bubbles from the game room, where a pool table and console await friendly competition. Evenings settle over the grassy backyard, perfect for a relaxed dinner under the Florida sky and the promise of another adventure tomorrow.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a king bed, offering easy access to the main living area. Upstairs the layout expands: one bedroom holds two queen beds, another three queen beds, three bedrooms each feature a king bed, and two bedrooms provide two twin beds each. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests, with linens and bathroom essentials supplied, plus a crib and Pack ’n Play for little ones.



Living, dining & entertainment

The open‑plan living space is arranged for gathering, with ample seating for movie nights or quiet downtime. A dedicated game room adds extra fun, equipped with a pool table, game console, TV and sound system. The fully stocked kitchen flows into a spacious indoor dining table, while an outdoor dining area on the patio lets you enjoy meals al fresco. A grill and comfortable outdoor furniture complete the setting for sunny lunches or starlit dinners.

Step onto the private patio to find a year‑round pool and a hot tub that is not heated, perfect for a refreshing splash any time of day. The backyard opens to a grassy lawn, ideal for kids to play or for spreading out a picnic. A grill and lounge chairs make casual afternoons effortless.

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can float along the lazy river, splash down the water‑slide, or relax in a cabana by the resort pool. Nestled in the guard‑gated Champions Gate Resort in Davenport, the home sits about 10 miles from Disney and a short drive from Universal Studios, SeaWorld and local dining options. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, heating and laundry facilities make longer stays smooth and convenient.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
