Make yourself at home at this beautiful, newly remodeled, family-friendly home that is conveniently located in a quiet community! The resort offers guests access to indoor and outdoor pools, children's pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball, hot tub, beautiful walking paths and playgrounds, and the only Jack Nicklaus-created golf course in Delaware.

Upon entering you'll first notice the beautiful decor throughout throughout. The primary living area will be the first space you notice with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large TV with cable. Continue the tour and you'll find the exquisite 10-person dining table - it's perfect for family meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plenty of counter space, and even a Keurig coffee maker. Another living room can be found off the dining room with a round breakfast table seating four and two accent chairs for relaxing.

This living room opens up to a small, but convenient deck. Back inside, this level also features a laundry room with a washer/dryer, three bedrooms with TVs, two full baths, and a half bathroom. The primary bedroom has a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, tub, and double vanity. Upstairs, you'll come across a nicely furnished loft area with a sectional sofa, a smart TV, and a four-person table, two private bedrooms with smart TVs and a hall bath with a shower/bathtub and double vanity.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.

3-day pass: $60 per person
Weekly pass: $95 per person
Children Under 5 years old are Free!

From Jan 1 - May 12 and from Sep 25 - Dec 31:
3-day pass: $40 per person
Weekly Pass: $65 per person
Children Under 5 years old are Free!

Parking notes: There is parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
