Davis Park, Fire Island. Right off the Bay with spectacular sunset views. Fully renovated and updated bright and sunny house. 4 bed/2 bath w A/C through out and open floor plan. Located on Driftwood Walk, east of the marina. Short walk to the ferry & harbor store. Five minute walk to the ocean. New kitchen, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, grill, wrap around deck, seating area. High Speed Internet.
NO pets. NO smoking. No Parties.
*** If after the checkout/inspection the property should need “extensive” cleaning, an additional fee will be charged accordingly.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels included along with all lines and towels in the house. Kitchen includes all amenities for entertaining, grilling and cooking. Puzzles and games.

Amazing beach house!

The house is exactly like the picture and perfectly clean! No complaints at all! The owners are very nice and answered my texts asap. They were there when we needed them but not any other time so it was great. Felt like home to me! Didn’t want to leave!

Tastefully done

Well appointed house. It easily accommodated 7 adults. It was great they supplied linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas so less for us to lug from home. The owners were easy to reach and quickly responded to some minor incidentals. Although the weather wasn’t the greatest and the mosquitoes were intolerable that we couldn’t enjoy the outside space, we enjoyed inside. The owners had games and puzzles,we were able to stream on our computers, and there was satellite tv. We would definitely recommend this home!

Great House

First time renters at Davis Park! The house was very nice and owners were very responsive. Friends who visited are long time Davis Park renters said it was one of the nicest places in town.

Amazing house, quick access to Bay and Ocean

Great location with quick access to the Bay and Ocean. Very well equipped and use of space. Loved the window out to the patio from the kitchen! Comfortable beds and good quality linens. Great communication with owners. Sad to leave, look forward to returning!

Quiet, peaceful stay

Great location if you are looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the location as both of us needed to get way. home is well laid out with ample room. we stayed in the beginning of fall so we needed to bring all of our food and drink for the week on the ferry as the store has limited choices and the restaurant is only open Friday - Sunday. Would stay again. Fast response time as well.

Lovely home

Was looking for a somewhat staycation. Wanted to stay local but not be home for our 10th anniversary. This home checked both boxes and so many more. Beautiful home, perfect location, definitely would like to go back. For my first vrbo rental I was NOT disappointed. Hopefully we did our best to not be disappointing renters. Lol. Thanks for everything Marc and Bronwyn!

Best week ever!

The little teal beach house is by far the best place we’ve stayed in at Davis. The home is clean ad well maintained. The living space is laid out for the whole family to be comfy and the outside desk is perfect for sunset watching and dinning. And the home owner is easy to get in touch with and deal with. We had a problem At the house while on vacation there and mark the homeowner who is there at the beach result in the problem within two hours. We couldn’t avast for a better experience. Wish I could rent here all summer.

Fall Get-a-way

The property is spectacular. Perfect layout and super clean. We had an amazing weekend. You can see the bay right from the deck and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Would highly recommend this property. Couldn't have asked for more.

The only place I will ever stay in Davis Park

This house has it all! It is clean, beautifully decorated and has every amenity you will ever need for a great stay. If that isn't enough, it has an amazing location - close to the ferry, beach and restaurant! I would never stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in this bay side beach home. The house is roomy and clean and every room is nicely air conditioned. The sunsets from the deck are amazing and the walk to the beach is short. The owner was easily to deal with answering my emails immediately. We can not wait to stay again next year.

The Disney Resort of Beach Houses

If you're thinking about getting a beach house on Fire Island and you want to feel like you're in paradise while you're there, this is the place to rent. The accommodations were impeccable, from the rustic outdoor shower to the cozy mattresses in each bedroom. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and the sunsets on the bayside, which you can see right from your deck, were UNBELIEVABLE.

Our stay at this house was great! Checking in was easy. The house was nice and clean, one of the nicest houses I’ve stayed at on fire island! The hosts were very nice and very responsive when we had any questions! Would defiantly stay there again!

Absolutely Amazing

This house is beautifully decorated with every possible amenity. The location is perfect. It has gorgeous bay views with a short walk to the ocean, ferry and restaurant.

Renters Beware

The owners of this property angled for our deposit just minutes within our check out. They made fraudulent claims of pre-existing damage, exaggerated minor stains and harassed us with name-calling phone calls and texts. They lied on multiple occasions about the damage. In addition there was an insect problem- ants, flies and mosquitoes- that they failed to adequately address. While the property is nice, dealing with these people negates any positive experiences associated with the rental.

Beautiful Davis Park Home

This was more than just a beach house- it felt like a home. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The sunsets from the outdoor deck overlooking the bay were spectacular. We even enjoyed watching a lightening storm one evening from the picture windows. Having AC in the main part of the house and one in each bedroom was a HUGE PLUS. Each had their own remote so everyone was comfortable. These "mini-split" units were very quite and efficient, There was a short 6 minute walk to the ferry and Harbor Store, and the Atlantic Ocean was also a peaceful 6 minute walk. The outdoor shower was a treat for us too. Both Marc and Bronwin were easy to communicate with, answering our texts within a few minutes. We hope to return!
