Treetop Beach House with Amazing Views of Bay & Ocean in Davis Park, Fire Island

This Fire Island beach house, in the Ocean Ridge section of Davis Park, features amazing panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Great South Bay. It is fully air conditioned with vaulted ceilings skylights, large windows, with wrap around decks on both the first and second floor. Contemporary furnishings, modern appliances and hardwood floors throughout.

TOP LEVEL: amazing views and great ocean breezes. There is a bright, open floor plan with open kitchen, dining area and living area with one 65" Sony smart TV. Master bedroom with TV and private deck. Full-size bathroom. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker.

LOWER LEVEL: large den with projector TV, three bedrooms and one full size bathroom. Murphy bed; play space for kids with games, books and arts & crafts.

OUTDOORS: lower and upper-level wrap-around decks, BBQ, table with seating for (8), outdoor couch, washer/dryer and outdoor shower. Beach chairs, umbrellas and games can all be found in the outdoor storage area.

All bed linens and towels will be provided

House is located less than ten minutes from the ferry

RATES:
Month of August 2025: (7) night minimum, (preferably Friday to Friday) = $850 per night.

May, June, September & October 2025: (5) night minimum (flexible)* = $400 night
*(price will increase by $100 per night for less than 5-night stay during May, June, Sept, Oct).

FEES:
There is a $225 cleaning fee per stay
There is a $200 pet fee per stay; breed and size of pet must be disclosed and approved before booking.

SAFETY:
House has carbon dioxide detector, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers on the property.
