Many also come to shop at the Cherry Creek Shopping District, imbibe in the many local fine dining establishments, or visit the University of Denver which are only a short drive away.
The home is bright, clean, and well-maintained. As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a warm and tastefully decorated living space. The interior is modern and comfortable, with stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches that create an inviting atmosphere. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with fiesta dishware, modern appliances, and a double oven. Channel your inner chef to prepare delicious meals during your stay! Whether you're sipping morning coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoying dinner in the dining area, the home is designed for both functionality and comfort. The house has central heating during the colder months and an evaporative cooler for warmer weather.
The 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with bedding and ample storage space. The main bedroom upstairs features a queen bed and double closets, whereas the adjacent room features a single bed and can serve as an office area. To enable your remote-based work needs, the office includes a docking station, HDMI cord, and large monitor. Internet connectivity is available throughout the house. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and large egress window to allow lots of light. Downstairs also features a wall mounted tv with Roku-enabled streaming.
A large, private deck is located off of the main living area and features comfortable seating and a gas fire pit....a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine at night. The large backyard adds additional space to stretch out.
