Great location and communication with our hosts The unit was very clean. We were surprised by beautiful Christmas decorations. To improve the experience I would suggest more pots in the kitchen and hanging spaces in the closet of the second room. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves

Location is fantastic and the place was generally well appointed and comfortable, with some extra touches like coffee being included. The main reasons for not giving this a five star rating were the VRBO listing had this as a 1.5 bath unit and it only had 1 bath (although the owner did adequately and quickly address this with us). The were a couple of minor things for cleanliness that were not perfect, but to be honest, it was cleaner than my normal house. The other thing was a lack of smoke detectors and the car parking bbq roof deck, which was fine for us, did not have a railing, so I would not recommend this unit for people with children. Otherwise this was a very nice place and was priced reasonably for the area.

Very clean and comfortable and modern. It was great to have a fenced yard for our dog. Parking was under a carport which was great. Very walkable area. It backs up to a busy street so there is traffic noise.

Dio was a wonderfully hospitable host!! The place is really comfortable, the furnishings were comfy and pretty! The location can’t be beat! Close to downtown, the lovely Cherry Creek Mall and I25! There was a bit of confusion regarding the number of bathrooms, there is only one despite what’s written on the VRBO description… all in all 4 adults fit beautifully and we often enjoyed the front porch. We definitely will plan to stay with Dio when we visit Denver again!

We are close to everywhere you want to go. Our property has ton of parking space for the guests and the friends or families visiting. It's clean and cozy and very very private
