Welcome to your next vacation home away from home. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch has everything you need. Out back you'll find an oversized, uncovered pool and extra large deck for sunbathing, with an equally large porch to barbecue and relax in the shade, surrounded by lush natural Florida foliage and fruit trees and plenty of yard space, fully enclosed by a fence. Inside, a large, comfortable living space with a fully functional kitchen, with three bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6. A pack and play is available for your littlest family members. Each bathroom has a shower (one with a tub for kids or just a relaxing soak) and one of which is accessible from the back porch for after-swim showering. The garage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and space enough for 2 cars. Just a 10 minute drive from the house you'll find world-famous beaches - Siesta Key, Lido, and Longboat Key. Downtown Sarasota has a diverse array of dining and entertainment options.

Perfectly located!

Spent a wonderful month in this perfectly located home. Having our own private pool was a definite plus, as was being so close to the Legacy Trail. Spectacular Siesta Beach is a 20-minute drive due to the traffic of high season. The host was quick to respond to all our questions/needs. My kids gave high marks to Faicco's Sandwich Shop which is just a 7-minute walk.

Quite and clean neighborhood

We stayed here for 17 nights and enjoyed everyday, A very nice area, the house is spacious and works great for a family. The back yard and pool are top notch! The owners brought us extra camping chairs, they were great!

Very Family friendly

We appreciated the comfortable matresses! It was very nice for our family! The pool was too cold to use but other than that everything was accommodated and convenient. Thank you for letting us stay there!!

family fun

The house is beautiful and the yard and pool are a wonderful bonus. Not a far drive to the beach, stores or attractions. Having a pool with an option to swim any time of day or night is a great benefit. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and will definitely use this home again on our next florida vacation. The home is clean and set up wonderfully.

Love for Leafy Ln!!

Casey was communicative with me prior to, during and after our stay. What a stand up person to rent from! The house was adorable, exactly as promoted, the pool was refreshing and the plantings on the property brought so many butterflies to the yard. Simply charming! Amenities were as described and perfect for our week long stay. Casey recommended restaurants nearby and gave recommendations on local beaches to check out. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, and would highly recommend this new listing to anyone looking for a comfy and endearing place to stay while you check out Sarasota!

Fantastic stay in Sarasota

Our recent stay at Leafy Ln. in Sarasota was nothing short of spectacular. From the seamless booking process to the outstanding communication with the host, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The host was very accommodating considering our late arrival. The property itself surpassed our expectations with its cleanliness, spaciousness, and beautiful pool. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms made us feel right at home. Perfectly situated near Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota, the location of the property was ideal for exploring the area. Many of the activities and places we visited were all very close to this property. Overall, our time at this property was unforgettable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable vacation experience. Thank you to the host for an unforgettable stay!

We were visiting Sarasota for US Rowing Youth Nationals. It was a perfect location between Siesta Keys (10 min) and Nathan Benderson Park (14 min). The home was easy to get to, clean, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing with easy check in and out and responsive owners. We were only 3 people so we had way more room than we needed but we each had our own space (teen) as well as time together. Although we did not get to use the pool and patio as much as I would have liked due to racing schedule, when we did it was peaceful. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of sun and shade for whatever you prefer. Pool was clean and refreshing. I enjoyed the swing in the morning before the chaos of day started and again at night before bed. We also had snack and drinks out on patio in the evening. Functional kitchen and appliances. We even utilized the bikes they had which was a wonderful surprise! The owners were very helpful! My husband has allergis to certain cleaning supplies and scents and they were accomodating. My daugther has food allergies and they were able to recommend places that were allergy freindly. The first night there had been a rain storm which caused the pool to look a little green the following day. I let them know and they responded immediately getting the pool people over to remedy ASAP. We only missed out on 1 afternoon swim. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Sarasota area. I look forward to staying when we come back next year!
