Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and every room opens onto its own full bathroom, giving each guest privacy and convenience. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided, so you can settle in without a second thought.



Living space & work area

The generous living area offers ample room for the whole group to relax together, with a TV for easy downtime entertainment. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi let you handle remote work or school tasks comfortably. A washer and dryer are tucked inside, adding convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen includes plenty of counter space and a functional layout, perfect for quick breakfasts or shared dinners. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a nearby dining area make gathering for meals effortless.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step onto the small patio that seats two for a brief outdoor coffee or evening glass of wine. Community amenities are just a short walk away: a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area provide variety without crowding the unit itself. All shared spaces are accessible to guests, offering flexibility without claiming exclusivity.

Situated on the outskirts of Lutz, the property is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and local parks. The convenient setting makes it an easy home base for exploring the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Families, groups of friends, and guests planning longer stays will find the layout and amenities ideal. The unit is pet‑friendly and welcomes stays of 28 days or more. Self‑check‑in via smart lock and free on‑site parking keep arrivals and daily comings and goings simple and stress‑free.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
