Perfect!

This condo was perfect for myself and two teen granddaughters. The condo was exceptionally clean, we had everything we needed and more for the week. I cant say enough about this place! The view!!. I would absolutely recommend and would stay again in the same condo next time!

Refrigerator Freezer was nasty (mold on what makes the door slide in and out), ice maker did not work. King Bed Mattress was broke down bad in the middle, not comfortable at all. Non-Smoking Property, someone with "Vacasa" on shirt was on property smoking just outside of the Office.

Amazing Vacation!

Our stay at 1203 Emerald Tower was amazing. The view was breathtaking! The condo was spotless and came with every kitchen gadget you could possibly need! The young man at the front desk that checked us in was extremely courteous and made us feel very welcome. My only complaint would be the ridiculousness that they have going on with the beach chairs. If you don't rent from them you can't sit anywhere near the water! Your exiled to the very last row available on the beach and the price they want you to pay to rent the chairs & umbrella could cost you your first born if you want to rent all week. I hope this will no longer be a thing next time we visit!

We would definitely stay here again. Steps away from beach. Within miles of grocery store, liquor store, souvenir shops, fun kid spots and notable restaurants. The view was 100% the recent we booked this condo and it did not disappoint!

This condo had an amazing view! The sheets were dirty in the master bedroom, but we just washed them ourselves. Check in/out was easy. We received the gate code and wifi password prior to arrival, as promised. The beach service sets up beach chairs/umbrellas early and pretty much takes up the entire beach. They don't allow you to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. Not a big deal to us, because we usually don't go to the beach until evening after beach service has packed up for the day. However, there were a few guests who were not pleased with this. Overall, our stay was amazing.

Very functional apartment for a group of 4 to 6 people with a beautiful view. The apartment had all the utilities and the location was great too.....right on the beach, close to grocery stores and parks as well
