Ideally located in a gated community on Las Vegas Blvd South with close proximity to the Strip, this 2-bedroom luxury apartment comes with weekly housekeeping and access to Ariva's extensive amenities in its 30-acre landscaped grounds.

As showcased in Luxury Travel Magazine, this brand new 1,050 sq. ft apartment comes with designer furnishings, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining area with large windows, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, washer and dryer. Weekly housekeeping services are included. Residence also features Frette linen, Matouk terry, Grown Alchemist organic bath products, smart TVs, Wifi, cable and safe.

We are proud to announce Ariva Serviced Residences has been designated as the Official Luxury Apartments of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Las Vegas Aces.

Guests have access to Ariva's extensive facilities, including over 3 acres of landscaped outdoor amenity areas and more than 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenity spaces.
